    I had ample medical evidence, a diagnosis, current symptoms, a Nexus letter, and a personal statement because it wasn't in my service record. The examiner did not do a good job. No goniometer used and was from Loyal Source, brand new C&P examiner. I swear the VA trained the guy to deny. Very frustrating!

    A little off topic but please pass along to all Cold War vets. There is a bill in Congress H.R. 5757 Cold War Service Medal Act, that has languished in the House for several years. This bill would pass into law an official medal for all Cold War vets not just a commemorative medal issued by various veteran’s organizations. Please write or call your representatives to get this bill passed and honor the millions of vets who served during this overdue honor passed.

    Hi. I'm trying to help my husband Jim to increase his disability claim from 60% to as high as he can get. In my ignorance before I found your channel, I had a VSO file his claim. The VSO submitted a claim for secondary conditions.
    I just signed up for the VA Claims Academy membership and am waiting for access. Meanwhile, I'm wondering if it might be better for me to allow the VSO to continue handling the claim or start over with a new claim after I've educated myself properly through this course.
    Jordan, your thoughts? Thank you.

      Hi Bella, definitely reach out to me via email so I can get more hands on time with your hubby’s claim to make sure this is efficient as possible.
      In my opinion, the least amount of hands on a claim, the better. This is your husbands claim, but if he is incapable of filing his own claim, that’s understandable, you would be the proxy. But adding a VSO on top of that is now 3 tiers of broken telephone, and VSOs are really no good especially for high percentages.
      I say let’s team up you and me to tackle this efficiently and easily as possible so you and your husband aren’t overwhelmed with too much information from too many sources, making the process seem more complicated than it really is.

      If I were in your shoes, I would write out a really compelling personal statement today about how your asthma began or was made worse by your active duty service, then pay a reputable “veteran friendly” doctor for a virtual appointment to give THEIR opinion on your nexus. Give that doctor your personal statement and your Athsma service records to help them make an easy nexus decision.

    Where’s the link to the template ?

    • @vaclaimsacademy
      @vaclaimsacademy  Pƙed rokem +1

      Hi Aaron, The pre-written personal statements are in massive demand. There are a limited amount of times before the VA begins catching on to incredibly similar wording on these documents and begins to get suspicious which is large reason why they are reserved exclusively for “Master” and “Grandmaster”.
      Nearly always, the personal statement templates alone end up paying for themselves likely within the very first month of winning the increase, but in the rare case where that simply cannot happen you’re backed by the no-risk satisfaction guarantee.
      You either get a substantial increase in your tangible quality of life or you don’t lose a penny and can be at peace knowing you did all you could.
      Any service claiming to help with your VA claim who does not take the time to equip you with what you need to submit bulletproof personal statements is mishandling your rating claim and is not a premium service. So if you want to gauge the competition, ask around if they require their vets to submit a personal statement with each claim. Any answer outside of “absolutely” is the litmus test indicating they are not aggressive enough and will end up costing your family some food on the table each month. Hope this helps

    • @vaclaimsacademy
      @vaclaimsacademy  Pƙed rokem +1

      Thanks for commenting S Tom, this CZcams channel will continue to provide value completely free, but for someone who is serious about getting the most efficient path to their maximum rating and the hefty increase in monthly income that comes with it, there are 3 premium options at vaclaims-academy.com starting at $197. The course can be completed in an afternoon and you can immediately begin making tangible steps toward your increase.
      This is a one time payment and not a recurring membership fee, there is no good reason a service like this should be incentivized to drag to you slowly through the process, the VA already treats us that way.
      The most popular package by far and the one I recommended for most people is the middle priced tier due to the inclusion of the fully pre-written personal statement templates for all the “high roller” claims, which those alone almost always results in the veteran receiving a monthly increase higher than their entire investment in the course.
