CUE Claims and the option I'll take, litigation.
I had a contracted exam that submitted erroneous evidence and ultimately led to an obvious denial. There was no misunderstanding or clerical error, it was malicious intent. Eventually reached out to the local VSO who reached out to big VA and was told "I'd better stop poking my nose around things."
It's game time now! I not only want my claim adjudicated properly, but I now want any involved to seek new careers.
We fought foreign wars for interest groups/entities simply to return home and continue the fighting.
Something's going to change.

I was diagnosed with headaches back in 2018. But was given a rating of 0 percent in March of this year. Should I appeal.

The HLR process for the PCAFC program claim denial is very complicated on the form. I've got to get it to a RO to get help.
When are you gonna go on section 8 since you can't get.any of CJ's money
