      All non hearing seem to be ranging between 2-3 years. The hearing appeals,, I've seen some recently 10 years ongoing.

    Do you charge 33% of the owed backpay if we win the supplemental appeal claim or do you charge that against the original back pay before the appeal?

      Hi JT, we only charge 20% of back pay on an appeal. Legally no one can charge a veteran on the original back pay before the appeal.
