Jordan I wanted to let you know that I was watching civdiv, he was talking bad about this channel which I've never seen. Anyways I looked it up and first video that came up was about increasing back pain. Well lucky me I have a c&p for my back and hip increas coming up on the 12th, that video you made man is MASSIVE, I know my pain has worsened since I was originally service connected in 2013 but your video just gave me a literal play book for 60% more. Dude I'll let you know how it went but u are a legend. I'm going to donate to your channel if it works. Thanks alot.
Thank you for the kind words my friend, I love to hear when a video gets to the right person at exactly the right time.
Save the donation, you’re doing more than enough by being an example and helping other vets to think for themselves
Jordan, the VA loves the games... I got a call this morning from OPTUM to schedule a C&P, possibly a telehealth for MDD with a NURSE PRACTITIONER, I got so PO"D when was told that. I submitted a DBQ/Nexus from a MD doctor that is also a certified psychiatrist and yet they feel that a nurse practitioner has more qualifications than that of a MD doctor I presume. After this was done I uploaded a statement from me for the record about how my doctor is being ignored over a nurse practitioner. I am sure this wont do any good but I want it there if I have to do a HLR and or appeal. I got so upset and the person scheduling asked me if I wanted to continue with scheduling or not so of course I said yes because I know most likely if I would of said no, then the VA in its game playing would have denied my claim on the grounds I refused a C&P
Go in there and knock it out of the park James ♟️
@@vaclaimsacademyhow do I become a Grand Master client?
Jordan, Your info. and Videos are the best out here keep up the Great Work and may God continue to bless you. I went from 10% to 80% and on my way to 100% in 120 days.
I am currently in the process of trying to receive my medical records. I went through the National Archives and their response was that they didn't have my records at that center. Told me to contact the VA and I did that. They didn't have them either. So today I contacted the medical clinic on Schofield where I was stationed and put in a DD Form 2870 which is a request for medical or dental records and we will see what I can get from that. At this point I have nothing to submit for evidence but I unfortunately submitted my intent to file already in the process of trying to go through the PACT Act stuff. I'm just hoping I can squeeze some stuff out of the air at this point. Watching your videos have been helping prepare me for the claim process but they also let me know how outgunned I am against the VA claim process.
Straight info every time! Thanks
Thanks, it’s the style that I’d prefer to watch rather than long tedious animated music intros and such that provided no value to the viewer for their time. Glad you agree ♟️
I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea and I use a cpap but my claim was denied and now I’m waiting on a ba judge.
Another great Video Coach Jordan...
Cheers Steven
Great video. Thanks for the advice
Cheers to you
By the way Jordan, i love your stylish fashion.😁❤ Thanks for all of the information that you share to help us.
I appreciate you, cheers ♟️
Very Well and Award Winning Videos!
You’re award winning, John!
Can you have a chiropractor review your records and write your Nexus statement for a claim regarding back pain?
I am so appreciative of your videos. I am watching videos on how to get a higher percentage to cover my self.. this one was very needed...it ties in to the last one I watched about nsaids, Gerd, ISB. I have Gerd, and it was added to my medical records at the VA by my doctor, a few years ago, long after my time im service ended. Will that be enough, or is #2 still needed?
Thanks Shelby, you don’t need an IBS diagnosis to go for a GERD service connection. Look to get service connected if you feel one of your service connected conditions may have triggered or worsened your GERD
@@vaclaimsacademy thank you very much!🤩🤩
My doctor is not familiar with the workings. How does a nexus letter go. I'm not positive either. My first claim I guess I got lucky i never had a nexus.
Ok, I have been diagnosed with cppd of knees secondary to patellar chondromalacia. I can not get padiatry or orthopedics and prime care at the VA to connect bilateral pes planus to knees. I have asked what is causing it. They are sending me to the rheumatologist now.
damn, the feds
Im confused by Number 3 ✌️
Question. Got my digital records from 2006 forward. Would My records previous to that be a NA request?
Presumptive conditions for the PACT act don’t need a NEXUS right? You would need only a medical diagnosis right?
I’m filing a BDD in the next 3 months. If I have multiple Purple Hearts, does that count as “lay evidence”?
I’m a desert storm vet I just started the process how do I join your Academy? I would like help with the Nexus letters and the statements please advise.
Yes that’s a good thing you mentioned too.. how do I know I missed a dx ? I have my medical records printed. Where do I see the actual Dx’s? I may have some missing that I didn’t claim
It will say “diagnosis” in the field
I didn’t get a nexus from them either how will I go about getting that ? To begin submitting this claim
Great video!
Glad it helped Harry
Do you have offices or representatives in Puerto Rico we could visit or go to.
how to request your service on filing claims
I'm 90% I have clames that I feel will bring me to 100% however va Doctor is giving me a run around for the last 2 years. Nerve damage in my feet legs are num feels like needles pain in lower back legs feet I struggle doing my 12 hr job due to pain and movement. But have to adapt and over come to live. Can u give advise. I have went through va insiders but they are not hearing what I have to say they want me make clames that I don't have any evidence for. O I am not have diabetes
VA Judge
Is there an easy way to get non VA records into my VA medical records?
Wouldn’t 94.5% be enough to be rounded to 100? As the .5 would be rounded it up to 95% in return rounded up to 100?
Need to become your client how do I?
Quick question: I’m 100% but not service connected for my knees. Can i get the clothing allowance for knees ?
If wear knee braces that tear your clothes. Form smc ask for the VA forms.
Do you know if it is possible to make claims as a Reservist and how? I’ve been in for 14 years with multiple deployments. Unfortunately I’ve never documented any ailments.
Of course it is. I was a reservist with an iraq deployment in 2006. I'm rated.
Does Va clinics give diagnosis? I have a month left before my presumptive window close. I need this diagnosis I just don’t know where to go..
I’d go to a private doctor if your window is coming to a close
Are your Nexus Letters signed by a qualified Doctor?
No. They need to be signed
Can I type a,personal statement or is it in a,section of the claim??? Also how long does a p.s. have to be? You say you csn write /type a nexus letter then get the Specialist or other dr to sign it or so they have to actually write it? I want amd need to get to 100% p&t or....Also Do I put everything and all claims, secondaries, etc all at once or a couple at a time ?????
Everything at once.
Personal statements typed into form 21-4138b
Nexus letters can be generated and personalized/ signed by the doctor
@@vaclaimsacademy THANK YOU
How long does a ps need to be? is there an example somewhere I can find?
Stupid question: what is a diagnosis really? If one has had profiles for a conditions, say bilateral knee and shoulder pain and back pain....is that a diagnosis?
How many fingers count to 3?
