    Love to see exercises for mid and lower back that don't involve twisting. I keep having to remind my young trainer about the moves I shouldn't do.

      Same here! Since I broke my back, it's so difficult to do most exercises.

    I need some gentle exercises, as I fractured T12 and L1 about a year ago. Some of these exercises cause pain, still. Especially the one where you put your leg behind you, and kind of lunge. Can't twist so well. Have you got any tips? I'm post PT, but still can't over due it.
