10 Minute Beautiful Thigh Sculpt Pilates Workout | 7 Day Thigh Challenge (Days 4-7)

    These are your LAST five moves of the 7 Day Thigh Challenge and I want you to give them 110%!!!! Think about how strong and accomplished you're gonna feel at the end. So proud of you all for making it this far!!
    7 DAY THIGH CHALLENGE:
    Purpose: To slim and sculpt your thighs in 7 days!
    Begins: Monday May 25, 2020
    Ends: Sunday June 1, 2020
    Length: 7 days
    Daily commitment: 20-30 min
    How it works:
    Day 1-7: Take a before picture of your legs & complete the workouts listed for the day. You can even film yourself doing these and have a cool progress video that you can upload to Instagram, TikTok, or CZcams at the end of the week!
    Day 1-7: Make sure to drink at least 64 oz of water a day for all 7 days.
    Day 1-7: Make sure to reduce your intake of refined/processed carbs (bread, crackers, cereal, pastries etc.) and replace with whole vegetables and fruits for 7 days.
    End of Day 7: Take an after picture or video of your legs and upload the results to Instagram, TikTok, or CZcams! Make sure to include the #7DayThighChallenge hashtag and tag @blogilates so other users can find the challenge!

    2. Inner thigh circles (fwd)
    3. Inner thigh circles (bwd)
    4. Froggers
    5. Sideways scissors
    We'll do each move for 45 seconds, with a 15 second break between. Let's do this!!!

      My left leg is more flexible than the right leg and so I can place my left heel while doing those moves but during the other side, the leg is really hard to place lol. So one leg really gets the burn while one doesn't. It's just that those heel towards ceiling is just difficult to do when the leg is resting on the floor u know. But yeah I agree.

    I remember a time when I couldn’t even do the inner thigh lift and circles because they really burned, and I just didn’t have the strength to endure it. But after religiously doing Cassey’s leg workouts, I can do them now with grace, with a smile on my face while listening to Cassey talk! Pliés and their variations still get me every single time, though. 😂

      Exact same situation! I’ve been doing her Thigh Trimdown on FitOn which is very similar, just in a different order and with slight differences. After doing it 2-3 times a week for a few months, it’s become infinitely easier and I can do most of it without stopping - that is apart from those damn both tiptoe pliés. Especially when I have to hold it!

      @Evelyn Schick I don't know if it really like made a huge difference but I felt like the fat was melting slowly...Like you could feel the difference in fat if you touch the inner thigh. I forgot to click a picture before so I don't really know. I felt really good during the workout as I was pushing myself farther and farther and eventually I also became stronger as I could hold some of the moves that were too difficult for me to hold earlier. I am sure it will bring some kind of change either it is mental, physical, emotional. If you are going to do the challenge....I recommend you to just go for it like I did.

    Just finished the 7 day thigh challenge and I really wish I had taken before pictures because WOW! Hugely noticeable difference in not only my legs but my entire body shed a layer of fat. Yay!!! I’m new to this channel and will definitely be staying!

      @@Hope-vl4jz I personally did not diet, but that’s just my body. I fluctuate weight easily. I’d say give it a go with your normal routine and adjust other things as needed. I did this three years ago so I can’t remember if I was doing a lot of other exercises, but I did do a lot of blogilates challenges one at a time and saw results from them all when I stuck with them!

    just wanna say thank you to cassey. i found this channel 6 years ago because i didn’t feel confident in my own skin and wanted to exercise to look good for others. but cassey has ALWAYS reminded me that i should be exercising not for others but for myself and i have never looked back. i got into shape from her workouts (they look simple but are SO TOUGH) and my mentality about myself has also changed for the better. thank you cassey, we know it hasn’t been easy for you but we really do appreciate you and the hard work and effort you put in not only for us but for yourself as well :-)

      Try doing the variation position with your other leg! (Leg flat to ground instead of foot flat on ground .) I couldn't point my heel up until I did the simple twist with other leg, then boom I could do awkward foot

    These two workouts definitely work. I think it takes more time to see a drastic change. One thing to note is that I did miss a few days however I was very active, standing for 7 hours straight (work)

    I'm about to start a petition for Cassey to be obligated to put at least 2 stretching exercises for the worked muscles at the end of each of her videos.

      I always do yoga after to stretch my muscle and relax myself, I highly recommend it. yoga with bird has amazing stretch videos, they are also quite short and easy to do even for beginners. I also alternate days I do pilates and days I do a full yoga routine. Hope this helps!

    Day 4: my legs were shaking the whole video. THIS is hard. I couldn't do the whole minute without breaks 😔
    Day 5: still soooo hard
    Day 6: still need to take 1s breaks each 10-15s of exercise
    Day 7: done! I've done the whole May calendar without any days rests and I'm so proud of myself💪 BUT I don't have those 1 week body changes I'm seeing on the Instagram (and I eat 80% of the time clean) 😏

    I did Cassie on my fit on. She's so hard but the greatest encourager ever!!!! She's hands down the best. I finally got back into working out at 52. I'm not a die hard but with her she makes it fun and easier with her personality. I love it.

    Day 9 complete. This feels by no means 'easy' yet, but it definitely feels easier than one week ago. I honestly thought a short workout challenge like this would be more beneficial for my mindset and motivation than bring tangible physical change, so I'm pleasantly surprised that I feel a recognisable difference in my body.

    If you guys are looking for a bit more of a challenge! When doing the side scissor kicks, get yourself in pilates stance !! (bent elbows hands resting on back of head and chest forwards as if you're doing a crunch) for extra ab work !! 2 in 1 love it!

    I do my leg slimming cardio and this work out at stretch...not perfect but getting there. I agree with this thing she says that working out is much more than how you look, it's about how you feel...and I for one feel stronger💞

    Started Cassey's videos a while ago and then fell out of them but getting back into them (almost a week now) and I forgot how much I loved it all. That sore feeling does suck but I do also feel accomplished with it as well. I love how much variety she has in her workouts and I can always work the same parts of the body in completely different ways if I wanted to. I did notice I felt the scissors in the abs more than my thighs, anyone else?

    Feb 6, from today all workout moves.....when we do circles in opposite direction is always on the top,I mean it burn so good (for inner thighs)

    Perhaps I'm alone here, but I would love a new video on slimming down the side glute/saddlebags. I'm not following the curvy trend in the hips and butt.

    alright , i did this challenge for 7 days and the result was absolutely amazing , i wish i had measured my thighs, but anyways i can see a huge difference and i lost so much of my thigh fat and they are much more leaner, and it only took 7 days, thank you cassey , i really appreciate your effort , i really look forward to do your 7 days abs challenge

      Yeah I feel like they came from soccer. I have trouble buying pants that fit my thighs and calves so I wear leggings. Or my work slacks I really fill out🤦‍♀️
