Just wanted to keep you posted. I retired!! 2 days ago on my 59th Birthday! I was able to move it up a couple years. Our numbers lined up and We did it!! We have so much fun planned in the next year or more. Plus there is some big news on the horizon.

If you build a tiny home community & let the residents buy their own designed home & pay $200-300 lot rent. It could be an affordable option for retirees. Great video!
I loved having the opportunity to stay in your tiny house last year. 🙏🏽 🥰I needed to experience the space and feel (rather than just going off plans) and actually 'live' in it. Thanks for the chance to do this, it was much needed as I am considering a tiny house. My friend felt it was smaller than she expected but for me it was EXACTLY like the pictures and the videos. Sunoa reminds me of me as a teenager!😊

I'm not moving anywhere and I'm technically retired; glad to see you all living such a blessed life. I had been speaking to the young people at work who in many cases happened to be parents about Roth IRAs and 529s. I got cancelled and transferred. Notice that I waited until I was retired to do it. No hurricanes or typhoons. Tornadoes can occur but very rarely and usually not stronger than F1. No earthquakes as well.
Summertime extensive periods of drought with highs reaching 100.
