    This is why I wish to talk with you.... You are the only one I have heard who truly know what you are talking about! I am different then when I began, very different! I don't care about anything but what is happening in me through me around me..... I know the depth of my ignorance, it is very clear I am in a foreign land

    SIR IF SOMEONE GOES THROUGH SOME KIND OF INJURY , IT EFFECTS SPIRITUAL PROGRESS? , LIKE SPINE SURGERIES OR SOMETHING ELSE?

      Well the spine injury may damage some nadis and things so it may have some impact for a while. But persisting in yoga usually overcomes all those limitations. Mental and emotional blocks are usually more serious than physical ones in progress.
