A world-class and VIP chef just warmed my heart this morning with this sumptuous, healthy and tasty “Ugu & Uziza soup!” Wow! I love West (African) green/vegetable dishes! This dish is filled with assorted meats, including beef cubes, Panla fish, cow skin, goat meat, snail, periwinkle and crayfish; palm oil, chopped red onions, and scotch bonnet pepper!
