Looks good.... 👍🤤🤤
It was! 👍😊
sedap
Excellent cook with abundance mentality. May your business prosper 👍👍👍👍
My favorite ...
😄
Sedap carkuetio nya
boh ho chak!
My dear jadeskyvlog we don't put leek leaves in char kwai tuay. It's chives and the piece de resistance 'lard' that's making the difference & elevating the palate to another level.
yessiree pork lard isvey crunchy and fragrant but nottoo good for health so mut not eat it too often
@@kensim8378 granted lard will be saturated fats, contributing to heart attacks or strokes. Anything taken in moderation is okay, so no CKT every day!.
That is a lot of noodles and looks so yummy! I am so hungry now, take care
Thank you 😋
Why would I take care just because you are hungry 😂
N
With lard it will be tastes fanstatic!! Is this video taken in KL or Penang?
KL, night market at Taman Segar and Yulek
@@KitoTVchannel yes i know these place only 1time i eat before here ..after watch your video im sure going there it was very alike my childhood siham chowfan
Looks really yummy
Lots of bean sprouts and pieces of fried egg !
yummylicious
Just the way I like it without cockles aka "humless" /harmless
Not soggy
Rm 5.50 is so inexpensive!!
S$5.00 hardly any egg
That must be their family secret special mix of receipe soy sauce, not the everyday soy sauce we know
You are correct. 😊
PJ Old Town near the wet market?
Someone tell me what type and brand of kicap is that
😮😮😮
Im wish to eat these taste look like my chilhood siham chowfan.. to sad cannot go out at night to yulek
The set up matches the sophistication of an M1A1 Abrams tank!
😅
Current shortage in food supplies in Malaysia? Portion seems small...?
😅
No chilli paste?
Cabai kering main peranan
Hahaha... nanti harga pun jadi lebih mahal. 😂
@@KitoTVchannel mahal siket takper, janji sedap.. Lain kali boleh ajak kengkawan sama! 👍😋😋😋
What are the seasonings please? You mentioned only garlic, beansprouts and cockles.
Maybe you can follow from this site.
RasaMalaysia. Hope can help you. 😊

I miss this food with leek leaves
Chives , i think
My favourite, without the taogae... beansprouts.
Hahaha. In Singapore, maybe still got prawn. In Malaysia some already replaced the prawn to fish cake.. few slices...
@@KitoTVchannel
Same here actually. Cost cutting they says but I think it's cut throat... Same goes for laksa. They says it's too expensive...
Same, the sprouts change the flavor of the food
Does he still sell at any night markets? Havent eaten his fried kuey tiow since MCO in March last year. :(
Yes. Still available. 😊
@@KitoTVchannel He used to sell every Wednesday and Sunday at Desa Petaling pasar malams, but havent seen him since last year? Where does he sell now?
Yulek Pasar Malam and Taman Segar Pasar Malam (beside Cheras Leisure Mall)
Didn't know that its just black kichap and garlic to make this char kway tiow. No sauces and chilipaste. Its different from malay or Indian styles.
🤤🤤🤤🤤
No prawn ??
OMG where is these uncle .. it look like my childhood siham chow fan that been lost many years..look very same style
Very very nices put more Chilli hot hot shell big lar thjs 😄😄👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thick soy sauce.is sweet....he putting a lot of it...!!
Makan telor Bebek pinggang kuat kata Tukang Jamu😂😂😂
The cockles are not cooked long enough. Just 1 to 2 seconds in the wok only. Give the cockles at least 5 seconds in the wok.
We used to have them raw on the kueh tiau.
Only dark soy sauce for colouring & sparingly light soy sauce for taste but never fish sauce and sesame oil. The latter both would overpower the simple taste of fried kway teow.
@@fredhor7437 agree.... original CKT uses only soy sauces .. dark and light ...

Good
Seddaaappp
Daging masak hitam
Ya.. kerang tu dah jadi hitam... Kalau makan segera selepas dia siap goreng, kerang tu mmg sedap...
What's the sauce?
I think the sauce contains mixture of several ingredients. 😊
@@KitoTVchannel ya
@@KitoTVchannel secret recipe
Sos apa tu?
Kicap cair?
Minyak babi.
haiiii sedap nyaaaa
Bumbu sangat sedikit
Tak tau lah apa rasanya
Still got open now?
Maybe after CMCO...
"wAiT tiLL yOu TrY peNaNg cHaR kuEy teOw!!!1111"
You get half touge initially and he other half later, Can't figure out why, this Uncle loves to add loads of soya sauce, it bloody salty & it too salty after taste, I like it wet by adding more water, simply with wok hei is fiercely heaty
Those days( 80s) this fried mee kuey tiaw price just rm 1.20 one plate and more than enough to eat and very tasty! But now days prices up to rm 5 to 6.50 each plate and the plate become smaller than before and also its taste terrible not like those days!Newly hawkers they dont have skill (delicious) of sorts old hawkers! They just have one skill that is give less earn more!
my time 1963..chow kit 0.20cts
Why the cooking spade handle is so short :)))))
I also want to know the answer. 😅
@@KitoTVchannel Every cook has their own style and preferences. I myself is my home cook and I have 12 metal turners which I collected thru the years. I use them as I like . Of course some are my favourite.
Quantity very little
No doubt this dish is delicious but portion is too small with tiny cockle(s)
I wonder how salty that Fried Kway Teow is, the way
he squeezed the thick soy sauce over the noodles.!!
Jon Louie Light thick soy sauce is sweet and light soy sauce is salty.
@@GuacamoleyNacho Thank you for the explanation. I always enjoy eating
Fried Kway Teow whenever I am in Penang, which, unfortunately not that
often, perhaps every five years.
Best in Cheras
Just black sauce and garlic. No chili paste? Just like that.?
Chili need mention to add in. 😅
No fishcake and Chinese sausage?
Yes. It's very basic fried noodle. 😅
You need a longer spatula. RM6 is expensice. In Penang, we get shrimps, cockles, Chinese sausages in the kuay teow. Besides, yours is half kuay teow, half yellow noodles.
Is it too much of black soy sauce?
It's a blend of soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and MSG. All inside this bottle.
@@KitoTVchannel you are almost right. the remaining 5% is his secret recipe.
Not worth the price. How much you sell just 8nly the noodles itself without cockles n eggs or without bean sprouts ?
Where is the lard
Easy on the soy sauce sir!
I think not nice to eat if fry in this way, better fry in small portion.
Maybe the location is in Pasar Malam. Too many people line up to waiting for the noodles, so this is the best way to solve problem. 😊
This is mass production, economical type ..you got to pay more for individually fried one .
He doesnt add chives prawns n fish cakes..just one ingredient only..cockles...ha ha
I could finish it in one bite
😅
I want the delivery man to deliver it !!!!!!!!! And I want to dig in.
😅
Risk of semi cooked cockles. May got diareas.
Hepatitis
We need more soy sauce
U only mention garlic .then u stop..the sos u didnt mention what they use...u show tauge cockles things that everyone know
I thought it was ketchup char kue teow
😅
Dont have kerang....
Ada. 😊
Not enough cockles!
😂
They are still using newspaper to wrap food
Kerang dimasak 3saat je
Kerana ramai suka makan dalam keadaan separuh masak.
huh, it’s just dark soya sauce?!
It's a blend of soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and MSG.
Thank you for reply. 😊
@@risingsun1156 ah thanks for the clarification.
@@risingsun1156 sorry oyster sauce is out of the question. U probably don't cook to know the difference!!!!
@@fredhor7437 whatever~~

That looks tasty. However the cockle will need more time on that heat. They don't look sanitised or properly chilled. Hepatitis in undercooked cockles is a major risk. Secondly the garlic is already brown. These mince garlic are old prolly being prepared in bulk. They are one step from being moldy. These hawker food are tasty but guys, do learn about hygiene.
