    好像很多人都不知道,黑酱油不是像普通酱油那么咸的!黑酱油只是用来上色!而且他一次炒几盘的量啊。。。。他的酱油应该有特调过了的吧。。。

    My dear jadeskyvlog we don't put leek leaves in char kwai tuay. It's chives and the piece de resistance 'lard' that's making the difference & elevating the palate to another level.

    The cockles are not cooked long enough. Just 1 to 2 seconds in the wok only. Give the cockles at least 5 seconds in the wok.

      Am Peanut...sos untuk char kway teow adalah kicap cair dan kicap gelap tanpa minyak ikan dan minyak bijan. Kedua2 minyak mengatasi hidangan ini yg enak.
      Only dark soy sauce for colouring & sparingly light soy sauce for taste but never fish sauce and sesame oil. The latter both would overpower the simple taste of fried kway teow. Tolong sikit, mana dapat tahu kegunaan minyak kedua2 ini yg terlalu silap.

    You get half touge initially and he other half later, Can't figure out why, this Uncle loves to add loads of soya sauce, it bloody salty & it too salty after taste, I like it wet by adding more water, simply with wok hei is fiercely heaty

    Those days( 80s) this fried mee kuey tiaw price just rm 1.20 one plate and more than enough to eat and very tasty! But now days prices up to rm 5 to 6.50 each plate and the plate become smaller than before and also its taste terrible not like those days!Newly hawkers they dont have skill (delicious) of sorts old hawkers!They just have one skill that is give less earn more!

      @@KitoTVchannel Every cook has their own style and preferences. I myself is my home cook and I have 12 metal turners which I collected thru the years. I use them as I like . Of course some are my favourite.

    You need a longer spatula. RM6 is expensice. In Penang, we get shrimps, cockles, Chinese sausages in the kuay teow. Besides, yours is half kuay teow, half yellow noodles.

    That looks tasty. However the cockle will need more time on that heat. They don't look sanitised or properly chilled. Hepatitis in undercooked cockles is a major risk. Secondly the garlic is already brown. These mince garlic are old prolly being prepared in bulk. They are one step from being moldy. These hawker food are tasty but guys, do learn about hygiene.
