6 mins in still no cloves .pick up the ingredients with no tongs .and push the water and scraps onto the road.

Nowdays difficult to get packet cooking oil laa . Disliked don't eat outside then . Mostly hawkers will recycle cooking oil . Grg Pisang , char kuih even worst .

Also, I can eat outside anytime I want, not all hawkers sell deep fried food.

Know this place with Super Komtar on the background! Had visisted Penang several times since the 80's and everytime I had to go inside Super Komtar to reminisce. Glad it's still there. Love Penang.

เป็นร้านที่ปีนัง
ร้านที่ตั้งบนฟุตบาทข้างถนน ไม่มีร้านไหนที่สะอาด อาหารตกหล่นบนพื้น พ่อครัวไม่สวมถุงมือ แถมยังสวมแหวนเวลาหยิบจับอาหาร นั่นแหละแหล่งเชื้อโรคเลย
แต่ก็ยังดีกว่าร้านข้างทางที่อินเดียนะ

I am quite environment concern 1. He throw his wash pan water on the pathway. 2. She uses her hand grab some ingredient and put on the noodle before wrap. 3. She may also use her hand to collect money. Those are my observations and concerns. Hope they improve soon.
