Justin was talking about defensive wrestling which is easier than offensive wrestling. Khabib got fairly tired in both the Conor and Raging Al fight during the 3rd round.
@@zeaferjones1404 it was nerves against Al because it was his first title and too much anger against Conor which tired him slightly in the 3rd. Dustin got choked in the 3rd. So he'll have no issue with the tank, you need to be more worried about Justin's tank and if he's still around to make the 4th round.

Khabib might be really strong but he is about the size of GSP and GSP was throwing guys around pre USADA, GSP has higher takedown accuracy I believe, better striking and has on par takedown defense as khabib. GSPs biggest draw back is inactivity, age and wars. To right him off is ridiculous.
Not to mention GSP came back after a 4 year break to fight the middleweight champ and still won.
If gaethje somehow beats Khabib, he’ll have spoiled two huge fights in the same year. That’s like supervillain stuff

I'd rather these 2 legacy separate. As a fan this fight proves nothing. 2 different weight classes and eras. GSP avenged his 2 losses. Khabib undefeated! They are both Goats in my books. I appreciate the love for Justin Gaethje, but how many times have we heard that "this will be the toughest fight for Khabib?" It's always the toughest fight, because it's the next fight. Then, after Khabib dominates, people move on to the next guy Khabib is going to fight and emphasize the aspects that supposedly "will give Khabib fits". I get it; much of that is just fight build up. Justin is awesome, and I'd like to see if he can stay upright and go the distance with Khabib. But Justin has said that he gets tired when he wrestles, and Khabib wrestles a lot.
I would love to see the fight with Georges!... hopefully, it can be at 165 pounds. It's just not smart for a 39 year old, who hasn't fought inside the octagon in 3 years to cut down to 155 for the first time and fight arguably the best ever in that division.
