- Want to step up your L-Sit game? Add these in BEFORE and AFTER you practice next time. This is a great way to strengthen the legs ESPECIALLY if you have a tendency to cramp when trying to hold the L-Sit. Simply modify these by going single leg. Tag a friend that needs some work on their gymnastics!
