insiders know that bring sally up is MUCH more difficult with push ups, squats, etc.
I don’t think anyone can legitimately argue that 30 pull ups is easier than 30 squats or pushups
@@bosef9727 of course. But it's the holding bottom position that makes bring sally up so hard. With pull ups the bottom position is the resting position. I think one need to do 50-60 regular push ups to make the bring sally up challange.

Beast. Just started this challenge yesterday. I got to 1:48 or 16 pull-ups. I thought the pull-ups might be the hard part but it’s the hanging and forearm burn out that’s the problem
this is super impressive. however, it's always a bit underwhelming to see that the physique doesn't match the impresivness of the effort.

When you let go of the bar with each hand your releasing the tension in the arms from the hang part of the challenge which is technically cheating the challenge but regardless it was still impressive as I know how hard it is

That is NOT cheating
It helps the blood flow for better recovery. It definitely helps and makes it much easier, whether you consider it cheating or not is up to you.
30 pull-ups without rest in an extended period of time even with micro mistakes in going up and down is impressive af. Well done man!

Down = up when doing this with pull ups since It’s meant for push-ups but still impressive
Pull up Version is 3 Times harder

@@nicolasashbaugh2239 it’s meant for push-ups when it tells you to go down with push-ups your in the negative with pull ups your not your in the locked out dead hang position so you have to flip it around either way still I good workout tho
@@roo3667 Yeah but then it would practically be impossible and make the challenge a bit pointless. It makes sense to adapt it this way, also works better with the lyrics.

Doing this challenge with push-ups is already what <1% of the population can do. But with pull-ups is almost impossible, especially with that perfect form
