- Booster Course Wave 5 for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is here, and we’re checking out All Changes and differences made for the returning courses. The final race of the Feather Cup is Squeaky Clean Sprint. It’s a multi-path journey through an oversized bathroom with numerous Mario-themed cleaning supplies, complete with a full sink, a toy-filled bathtub leading down the drain, a tiled floor with spilled soap, and a flight over a water-spraying toilet. So how do the Tour and Switch versions differ from each other? Let’s find out!

That's a really good comparison. It made me think of many 1950s sitcoms, but this works very well for TV spots from that era, too. I think that was the inspiration now.
They changed this one so much, but I think it’s better in 8 Deluxe purely because it has 3 laps rather than 2. That is literally why I like it more haha
Both Ribbon Road and this track has to take place in the same house but different rooms.

The start of the Tour version of the theme sounds way busier, like it belongs in New York Minute or some other city track.

I prefer the 8 Deluxe version because of the route options and that it looks nicer. So many neat touches that you don't get with the Tour version. Plus, the theme is closer to that sitcom/hygiene sound.
@GameXplain Here's a just-for-fun Omniversal detail - Why would the Decepticon Soundwave from Transformers like, love, or at least enjoy this course? Because it has Cassette Tapes. ^v^

At first I thought there'd be very changes, but after watching this video... goodness someone wasn't happy with the track. Both thr Switch and Tour versions have 1000 little differences, almost is if they're the same location but on different days.

Something about the music sounds like a level in Sonic Lost World
Deluxe’s soundtrack and version of squeaky clean sprint is much better
I found they changed the double item box in the original version to a normal item box in the tour version.
@GameXplain Did you know that some people comment that parts of Squeaky Clean Sprint's music sounds similar to "Jump Up, Superstar", sung by Pauline in Super Mario Odyssey?
Well, with that, along with the Moon Cups logo of a Power Moon, the Binding Band, the course - New York Minute, and now Pauline coming into Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, I say all the Super Mario Odyssey references in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe have all finally come full circle. ^v^
Yeah, there's a similar series of notes, but it's not identical. It's possible the reference is intentional, especially with the Binding Band in the drain.

Los Angeles Laps and Sunset Wilds are complete, but we're working out release periods for them. We've been releasing on weekends, but we'll see if we can adjust so everything is out in time before the Wave 6 preview.

@@generalcrab0009 Another video for Wave 1 is complete, but priority went into Wave 5. We'll see what's possible once all of Wave 5 videos are released, but Wave 6 is around the corner. Ideally, all of the Golden Dash Cup could release in quick succession before the Wave 6 preview is announced, but circumstances tend to change.
