When I went to LIGHTWATER VALLEY back in circa. 2003, to cut ✂️ a massive series of long stories short, the rides were categorised into three 3️⃣ categories;
Wave swinger (Skyrider) there is amazing
excellent vlog, just to let you know the swan boats are included in the vliog, such a lovely landscaped park.
The alice car rides are the old statues they used at the old alice christmas event and they would light up and be a light walk so they must have re used them to make the vintage cars look less bland
Brilliant vlog mate
Great Vlog Angel
Where did the
Didn’t know the ultimate shut down that’s sad, haven’t been since about 2019. Whenever I used to go it was the last thing I’d go on you’d be excited all day to get on it after going everywhere else
The ultimate was such a great ride the reason they closed it was because of how long it was Sbno during Covid so the repairs would have been more than the park could afford so they got rid of it bad decision but it is what it is
Sad to see the Ultimate gone, seeing those lift hills taken down was a very unpleasant watch😢
Are different reasons depending on where you look as to why Robert Staveley (Amanda and James's father) gradually changed the land they'd owned (actually just before the Civil Wars) into what Lightwater Valley was certainly up to the mid 90s when he passed it down to them, but because of the financial burden of the Ultimate was sold on (heard that it kept sucking up a lot of the profits the rest of the park had made).
Honestly, I wish the idiotic vandals who run this place now had never gotten their hands on it. Just turned it into a toddler-centric place and junked everything that made the park what it was, including both of its most iconic coasters (The Ultimate and Raptor Attack) as part of this ridiculous
This park is truly done for. Such a shame
P. S..... you enjoyed yourself far too much on those dodgems😂😂😂
