    I remember my neighbor was a soldier (11 Bravo M249 Machine Gunner), he was built but his abs were fading after an accident he had. He hit the gym and got shredded in 2 weeks, and I mean like shredded shredded, looked like Bruce lee. I didn't even think muscle memory was a real thing until I witnessed that. Pretty cool...

      Matthew Slivar with steroids? Not judging... just curious. I lost about 20 pounds of muscle after stopping 2.5 years ago (no steroids) Just started again yesterday and hoping it comes back quick (no steroids again).

    Can you do a 2 week challenge where you drink protein shake vs 2 weeks when you dont drink protein shake. And also do the same workouts

    I can confirm it definitely does work , dint do push ups for over 2 years and I just started again first day I did 60 without stopping and now I'm back to over 150 a day

    hey bill 7 weeks ago i broke my thumb and i didnt train for 5 weeks, just those 2 weeks i started to notice things kick back in to place

    You said you're training 7 days a week, not even a single day of recovery ?

      First 2 weeks I was training everyday, the last 3 weeks not so much as I've been busy with work.i only rest if I really need it but usually I'm fine to train every day

    that was the big thing for me.. I had to focus on engaging the muscle properly.. relearning those techniques..

    Do 200 triceps exercises for 2 weeks its a tough one ik

      @@bbbb-ut9ll i lean bulk at the moment but im very tall so i eat like 4009kcal a day but i wouldnt recommend it beginner because normal person could end up fat

    I can barely see any difference after 5 weeks.. Sorry but muscle memory did not work for you
