- use headphones, headphones are better because the affirmations are better heard in your subconscious mind. Without headphones, the affirmations are still heard but when you wear headphones the affirmations get into your subconscious making your results come quicker
- Affirmations | When you aren’t listening to your subliminals make sure to still say your affirmations in your head. I recommended saying them in your head or out loud before you go to bed
- Visualizing | I have a hard time visualizing what I want but visualizing helps speed up the results so if you can do it
- Mirrors | A lot of people say don’t look in the mirror because it’ll “slow down results” but it won’t. You can look in the mirror and look as if you aren’t thinking/saying negative stuff like “Oh I don’t have my results yet” That’ll slow down the process. Instead, say “I’m seeing results” or “I have my results” As long as you’re not saying negative stuff you can look in the mirror.
- Water | A lot of people say water speeds up the process but water is just to help reduce headaches and makes the brain focus more
- Playlists | People always ask “How many subliminals can I listen to?” Try not to make it too long like 20+ only because limiting them can help the brain focus more on a couple of topics which speeds up results. That’s my opinion but if you have faith then you can listen to as many as you’d like that’s just the recommended amount.
- Playlist 2 | Not sure how to organize your playlist? Here’s an effective playlist that is organized | 1. Start with boosters, 2. Add your subliminals 3. Add boosters again. | there you go! 🤍

- times | How many times should I listen to subliminals/each subliminal? I recommend listening to subliminals 5x - 6x. you can listen more if you’d like because that’ll speed up results but that’s just the minimum amount. You will still get results from listening 5x - 6x, and it’s better when you don’t have a lot of time on your hand.
- Negative | Don’t say any negative stuff when/while listening to subliminals. You shouldn’t even say negative stuff in general. Saying negative stuff will slow down results & you may not even get results so saying positive things & using boosters will help with your faith so that you won’t say any negative stuff.
- Pictures | While listening to subliminals find a picture of what you want and stare at it while listening to your subliminal for faster results!
- Act | Act as if you already have your desired results. Just like how we pretend we fall asleep so that we can fall asleep. It’s the same thing. Act like you already have your results & you will get them!
- Mood | Do NOT! I repeat DO NOT listen to subliminals when you’re in a bad mood. Why? Listening to subliminals when being in a bad mood ruins your subliminal experience, you will most likely end up saying negative stuff, you will hate every second of listening which won’t help with getting results, your brain won’t be in a good mental state, and so on.
