I never realized how many mental blockages I had until I started using subliminals... I grew up in a very unhealthy environment where I got told a lot of things that definitely caused me to be a child with low self-esteem and never to believe I could achieve anything good. I didn't think it was that big of a deal, but maybe instead of worrying of my physical appearance, I should worry about my mental stability first and fix all of my problems from the past and healing and forgiving all those that caused me pain and damage, because happiness and love leads you to have a better life, when I have a clearer mind, I will definitely reach my goals sooner and better ❤️

1. For the year I have been listening to subliminals, I haven't seen a single hate comment. Everyone here shares their experience, stories and results, and everyone supports everyone. I've only seen people who claim that subliminals are not real, and the community simply explained why we think they are. No fighting, no hate towards these people. Just stating our beliefs and not pushing anyone into anything. I'm in love with this community.
2. YOU! I ADORE YOU! HOW ON GOD'S EARTH COULD YOU BE SO PERFECT? YOU ARE DIVINE! Babe, if you ever think of giving up, just come back and read this, kay? I know that you are reading all of those comments about results and how people are happy. You are happy for them but you never seem to get any visible results. And that is perfectly fine. You are getting those results so quick that reality is just a bit behind. You have those results, they are real. Subliminals are supposed to be fun. They are made so you can enjoy life. But how are you enjoying life if you are stressing over results? And please, please, drink water and if you need a break, take one. 1. Water is super important for your health in general, but when you listen to subliminals on a daily basis, whew... My head pounds if I don't drink at least 2L a day. 2. Breaks!!! Sorry if I'm disturbing u... Really feel like wanna talk to someone... ;-;
I found the subliminal community a few months ago, when I wanted to change my eye colour, then I found out about LOA and later about subliminals. I used height subliminals and I think they worked cuz now when I compare my height with my friends I feel taller but I don't wanna measure my height cuz I'm scared if I will and there is no increase I might be REALLY, REALLY discouraged so I'm just believing it worked.
Although I'm not yet as tall as I wanted to be, I've stopped using the subliminals. I still keep telling myself that I am tall and I am my desired height.
I stopped using the height subliminals cuz I feel like what I want more is to have a glow up, like look more beautiful and get good at studies and achieve all my goals and dreams.
I'm currently using glow up subs but not doing anything else. I'm just listening to boosters n blockage removers in day time and at night the glow up sub + visualisation.
So I little question...
If you are having a good experience with subliminals can u please tell if that's enough? Or should I do something more?
I'm always positive about everything. I know that I'm already the one I wanna be and it'll come out visible to the world soon too. I don't know where but I'm just not having the feeling like... It's hard to explain- it's like I'm happy but I don't know why I'm sad. I don't know what I'm missing on, like do i need to detach? Stop stressing about it? Avoid mirror and just confirming that I am who I always wanted to be? Like just what can I do to make myself feel better- people say learn to love yourself, I mean I do but when I can be the one I desire to be why just sit and stay happy about the current me when I can just make it better.( I'm sorry if it sounds confusing, I'm kinda messed up)
I've always had really low self-esteem and confidence. And also had many bad memories of past in school and how my mother continuously keeps telling me I look "Fine" there's nothing to be too happy about ur not a model or anything, I that's just crap and I completely ignored her words but it still somewhere affects me. Even when I go to school I'm somewhere always like "I'm not as good as them-" when I see the popular girl she makes me even more sad uhh.
I hate to see myself sad and always try my best to keep myself happy but somewhere I'm failing at it. I know subliminals work and I know I can completely change who I am but somewhere Im having all these junk thoughts stored which I'm not able to get out and are affecting my results.

@@sendeycool Oh, babes, first of all I want you to know that it's okay to be sad sometimes. I know exactly how you feel, how confusing it is to feel sad when your life is going great. And I wish I could tell you why you feel that way, but the truth is I don't know either. I recommend doing shadow work (you can google it if you want and if you have questions, I'm happy to help). Shadow work is basically you noticing your triggers. Like, you go out with a friend and start feeling sad. You stop a moment to acknowledge that sadness, you do not banish it. Just accept it. Then you notice what has triggered you. It could be a ton of things - something your friend said (even if they meant it as a genuine compliment), a couple walking down the street (for example, you feel lonely, you want a partner), an old man (your grandpa has recently passed away), etc. And then you ask yourself why did you get triggered by that thing. I don't recommend doing it right on the spot if you don't feel safe. Just try to memorize your surroundings and do your shadow work when you are alone and feel safe and comfortable. Just expect crying. But then you'll feel a lot lighter. The process is lonf for some people, short for others, so do it at your own pace. You can google it if my explanation isn't clear. And maybe try meditating. You can do a guided meditation for mindfulness or to be calm. It's not necessary to be long. Honestly, 5 minutes will do wonders. So next, about the results part. Babes, your mind is stronger than you imagine. I hate TikTok for spreading false information, like "don't look in the mirror for x days/weeks or you'll ruin your results" or "write this thing down 628299 times and it will become true". No. So, let me be clear about something: you create your own reality. Your thoughts shape your reality. Whatever you believe is true is actually true. If you believe that not looking in the mirror for x days will give you results, then do it. If you believe that writing down your crush's name will get them to like you, then do it. If you believe that subliminals will give you results, then listen to them. Just thinking about a certain thing and believing it will give you results in like, an hour. And it's okay to have doubts. You have to acknowledge them, but don't give them power over you. Be like "okay, I have doubts that this thing doesn't work, but I choose to believe that does". Acknowledging these doubts is super important because if you choose to ignore them and pretend that everything is fine, then you are ruining your mental health and results. Toxic positivity ain't it. Been there, done that. Acknowledging something but not giving it power is the key to everything. That's why I recommend shadow work and meditation. And last but not least, BABES! You are not a snack. No, no, no. You are a whole 10-COURSE MEAL, MADE BY THE BEST CHEF EVER IN THE BEST RESTAURANT EVER!!! Fine?!?!?! EXCUSE ME??!??! The audacity! You don't look fine, you are the epitome of beauty and brains, babes. And anyone who tells you otherwise is a blind idiot.

here’s a whole story about my love life that will take a while to finish since i have nothing else better to do:
I was I believe 12 when I first started hanging out with him, I knew him from my brothers hockey team , our families are rlly close friends, I realized I liked him at 12 and kept it a secret for a while, then at 13 he added me on sc, and when he did he spammed me with snaps about streaks, talking, and more. that’s when things went up hill. We started talking for about 2 months, then stopped, then talked more, then stopped. I don’t remember anything at 13. So skip to 14: he gave me a bunch of signs that he liked me, he flirted with me, talks to me lot, was protective of me, and more. So I told him I liked him since he asked who I liked, he was supportive but didn’t say how he felt, to me that was rlly rlly stupid, cause him saying “I just wanna be friends” or “I don’t like you like that” would’ve prevented a heart break and a lot of crying. So I was just like okay whatever and we continued talking. fast forward to freshie year, I went on a trip with him and his family(it’s normal cause I’m rlly close with his family) and the first night he was getting rlly close, we played around, and I forget which night it was but he said “ur super cool I like you” my dumb ass responded with okay, looking back I wish I said “wdym” and if he argued I ask would’ve said “that could mean a lot especially coming from you”. I forgot a lot of stuff that happened that week but the one day I will never forget is this: I heard from his mom mentioning a girlfriend, then later that day I heard his sister mentioning a girlfriend of *******, and when she was talking about it **** was hushing her to shut up but that got me thinking, this bitch is fucking playing me. later that night he wanted to, ion wanna say cuddle because that word makes me uncomfortable but yea cuddle, let’s say “get close”, and i’m like no and asked him about his sister AND mom mentioning him have a girlfriend. He said that he HAD girlfriend and they might get back together, I forgot what I said in response but then later he texted me on sc saying(and I quote) “I like you and yes in that way” LIKE BITCH U LITERALLY JSUG SAID U WERE PLANNIGN TO GET BACK TOGETHER WITH UR EX STFU. After the trip ended we didn’t rlly talk. and when he tried to talk to me I left him on opened cause I was kinda mad at him. couple weeks later I blocked him, and Idk if i’m gonna see him again cause my brother isn’t doing travel hockey anymore and he doing high school hockey now:|, but I think I will cause my parents are good friends with him and his family so when that time comes wish me luck lol and a lot more stuff happened just I kinda forgot or there will be several other stories in between stories and it will be a mess
Update #2: I blocked him may 26, so 6-7 months later we saw each other again. we met each other saturday the 3rd, since our families are close his mom asked if we wanna go to the beach but my dad and I were gonna go paddleboarding that day so he said “you guys can come”, so they came. When we first saw each other we were both smiling, and practically he whole time we were talking and catching up. He brought up me blocking him once but no matter what I ain’t gonna unblock him(because I want him to ask me(it’s complicated)). We went to starbucks found out a couple things that i’m pretty sure my friends wouldn’t approve of...
this is where it gets fun/juicy:)))His parents invited my family over to their house for dinner!!! But my brother doesn’t rlly like him (but idc since i don’t like my brother) so my brother didn’t go(that’s a good thing) So we went at first it was awkward and weird but we got a bit more comfortable after we started playing hockey and eating. But he was being pretty flirty. (OH AND HE LENDED ME HIS HAT during paddleboarding i forgot to mention that😂) and the best thing is that his dad is trying to get us together, I quote from him “I’m surprised you two don’t talk on the phone more you two got a lot in common”, I looked at nate and laughed cause I knew he couldn’t since I blocked him🤡 but yea that’s it since the comment was made, we might go paddleboarding again or out to dinner. so I can update u again cause I have no one else to tell since my friends hate that I still kinda like him lol
update #3: So as you know he added me/snapped me, we’ve texted a few times but mostly snapchatted but today november 24 is the first time we facetimed, we facetimed for probably about an hour and a half, maybe two hours, I just know it was a while. We talked about life, future, etc. communication was starting to be a problem but after the facetime, it cleared up a lot of things. It definitely brought us closer. And it’s weird, it feels like him and I are gonna be friends for a long time, and like date other people, but end up staying together being rlly close and end up dating. Idk how to explain that feeling besides that. Like it’ll be those movies where best friends set each other up low key in love with each other date and do stuff with other people but somehow end up ending up together, yk what I mean? it’s a weird feeling. I rlly love him lmao
also in december my brother has a tournament in utah and my family and his family might be traveling up there together sooo yeaaa:))
update #4 1 months later after #3, in december I invited him to paddleboard and go see the christmas lights, he went, that was fun, and also that month I went up to the cabin with him, turns out he did like me, something happened between us yk;) but not yk yk, uhh we stopped talking, I still like him so i’m screwed, also he’s waiting till i’m 18 lmao, don’t know how that’s gonna work out but at this point I got the man, i’m happy, now i’m focusing on myself and only myself ty, oh and in I think it was last month I went to arizona he came to my hotel room and hung out, acted like children and hit each other, and now we’re distant, idk what’s happening but i’m going to colorado on thursday I’ll let y’all know if something happens
