ok so I literally never comment on subliminals but I NEED to on this one because HOLY CRAP I'm getting crazy results that I've never had before. Day 2: I forgot to listen last night😭 But my day was amazing !! I sit next to that one friend in class but usually I end up alone during class breaks and stuff but today I spent all day with her having some good fun convos ! I also fully ate my lunch (yea that’s an achievement for me) :) And during physics today, I was able to understand it more even tho I usually struggle with it so hard !! I also took the bus with my friend (she’s from another school and has other hours she finishes at so we don’t see each other often in a week) and since we live pretty nearby each other we went to a local shop and she bought me candy :) Then I ate a full meal at home, so my appetite is getting more consistent !!
Day 3: I forgot to listen again sorry😭 But today was also nice ! I had Latin and it’s always hella fun and my History teacher was absent so that was also nice, I completed the task for it lolz :) Today my friend was absent which is a bit sad but I still had fun today ! After the break we had 2 class periods of PE then we could go home. I usually suck at PE, but this semester we’ll be dancing for PE, which is a good talent of mine. Plus, it was Latin American dance which I’m good at and he praised me for my musicality and rhythm and stuff !! After that we also did a bit of soccer training which was surprisingly fun, since tHe BoYz🥶 weren’t in the group I worked with :) Then I took my bus and got home ! I started my period tho and I have had slight cramps all day😭 but I could handle it !! :) See y’all tomorrow, I’ll listen to it tonight !!
Day 4: Okay so I listened once lat night but today was a pretty normal day ! I had school choir practice and it was pretty fun, got complimented for my voice :) I saw my friend on the bus again today so yay :) And we were talking about the comic con we’re going to soon and who I could cosplay and stuff !! But yeah, I’m excited for tomorrow ! Good night and see ya tmr :)
Day 5+6+7: didn’t really listen but these days were very tiring and stressful for me cause my mom was sent to the hospital and I was really worried :( I haven’t seen her all weekend and I’m worried about how log she’ll stay there, especially cause I don’t want to have to cook for the entire fam during schooldays…
Day 8: Today was okay ! Mom still isn’t back and days are normal. When I got home, I swear I fell asleep like immediately😭 Also, I participated in a psychological test for a university student and he gave me a bag of candy !! I also received chocolate from my choir teacher (luv herrr) cause I didn’t bring any food today😭 Then today I had a test, but I didn’t have time to study it during the weekend so I was stressed😭 But then SUDDENLY my French teacher was absent and my English teacher was already absent too so I had 2 HOURS to prepare the test and I nailed the test it was so easy !! :)
Day 9: I woke up feeling horrible… I got up so late cause I couldn’t get out of bed. I had a mini mental breakdown cause I missed my bus and was still stressed about my mom. At school, I sat next to my friend though and she was being hella funny as usual so that slowly brought my mood back :) Then two teachers were absent today so like I was able to study well for the first absent teacher. But for the second one, the last class period, another teacher "claimed" the period and decided to give us another subject… I HATE when teachers do that and the worst is: IT’S NOT EVEN A SUBJECT I LEARN💀😭 But anyways it was so random and the teacher is annoying and weird so me and my seatmate and the ones behind us were laughing like crazy cause it was just so funny today💀 Then when school was finished I got a call from my mom saying SHE’S HOME‼️‼️ I was so happy to hear that and I hugged her tight when I saw her again and she’s alright. I then finished studying for my test of tomorrow, and I usually never study but last few days I’ve been studying well !! I’m confident that it’ll go well. While studying, I was listening to some love subs cause I wanna have a new crush and I wanna have a bf😭 Anyways see ya tmr !!❤️
Day 10: Today kinda sucked… I started the day nicely with happiness but the two last class periods I have PE. Usually I look forward to it these days cause we do some dancing and it’s the ONLY thing I’m good at😭 But we do it paired with soccer too. Last week we started with the dancing and this week we started with soccer. During soccer, I started hypervent and felt horrible cause the teacher wasn’t paying attention to me and only paid attention to another girl who was hyperventilating a bit. Feeling absolutely ignored, I literally felt so upset and angry that I just cried so much then stayed mad like the entire time. I wasn’t even in a good mood to dance anymore💀💀 And IT STARTED SNOWING (i hate snow😭) so I was in a foul mood. But then after school I took the bus with my closest friend who I take the bus with forced me to come to her home (we live like 3 mins away from each other) and drink some soup. I ended up accepting to spend a little time and it was fun ! She also made pizza. And she has an older sister (I don’t have any sister so I never experienced sisterhood😭) and she kept on complimenting me !! I then gave a whole rant about my life drama and she loved it and was so sweet. She then offered me some snacks cause she said I was "so precious and just had to feed me"😭 That got me in a way better mood and after getting home I also did a great test today I feel like I’m getting hella good points !! But anyways in the night I was on video call with that same friend and it was fun too !
Day 11: Today was amazing !! I had such a hood time ! Math is like my worst subject and stuff but like I’m sitting near some great classmates and school friends and we have a lot of fun with the 4 of us. And like I noticed that this week I started getting out of my shell more and showed more of my dramatic and extra personality in class. And my seatmate was like: "Sitting next to you is fun cause you’re so dramatic" and I made them laugh which makes me really happy !! I also teased my friend about her boyfriend and it was funny. I basically always act "bitchy" with her bf cause he "takes her away from me" but it’s kind of a funny inside joke and I din’t actually hate him but it makes him laugh a lot. I also avoided snow balls all day !! Then I took the bus with my close friend again and I stayed at her home for a while yet again and I did my homework there, drank soup and also ate some food. Both her and her older sister love feeding me😭 Then I had some food at home too and took a good nap !! lolz Also a teacher was absent today and it was nice cause like I find geography so boring rn💀😭
Day 12: Today was also great !! I did some cute makeup and a cute hairstyle and it suited me well !! Today I laughed so much😭 During lunch, my friend and I were talking and I was being all dramatic again then I started talking about our old pics and it resulted in her wanting to see my horrible emo phases and she proceeded to take my phone and rub off so I chased her and we laughed so hard😭 Then her bf came and I showed him the pictures too and he was also laughing it was fk funny😭 Also a classmate randomly wanted to sit next to me for a while which was unexpected lol but I had a lotta fun today !! Also my French and Religion teacher is babe !! She talked about how her and some colleagues always bake something for each other every weak and we jokingly asked to bring us some of the cake she made fir us too and the next period we had her, she brought us cake chocolate mousse (dk what to call it) and it was so sweet of her !! Today was overall great !! The snow has also started clearing which is great for me !! :) Didn’t see my friend on the bus today but I’m prolly hopping on the video call with her later ! Also, my dad says that if I’ll sing him a certain song, he will bring me shopping so I’ll update tmr !! :)

Wow! Ever since this came out I listened to this and this is what happened:
I was in a rut, lazy and I couldn’t focus on studying at all.
I am much more motivated, I managed to study 6 hours and understand difficult subjects effortlessly😍 My mum complimented my hair and how I am looking so pretty, she got me new clothes randomly and she treated me like royalty! Making a bath for me, cooking my favourite dish etc.. The guy I had a crush on in summer texted me again and he is genuinely interested in my life. I was so positive and motivated today and I feel excited for the next day although I have to work a 10 hour shift but I feel so positive about it😍 What??? My pimples fade away and my waist looks SNATCHED! I feel sooo good today🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

it has been like 2-3 years since I listened to baejin's subs and SHE never disappoints. When I first listened to her, I was still in 4th grade (online class) and now, I'm in 7th grade, face to face class. I started caring more about how I look, my acads, my personality and Baejin and her subs are with me during those times. I just wanna say thank you so much for being with me during my journey. You never know how much I appreciate you. 💘
Also after inconsistently listening to this (I last listened on January 13 and its currently 16 here), my jawline got more defined and I was actually focused on my journal class and my diet! my goal was to eat 1000 calories per day and i ate less than that (sounds unhealthy BUT ITS NOT !!) also, it's my home economics exams today SO WISH ME LUCK !! speaking of exams, i got 41/60 on our MAPEH exams, 48/60 (not final) on journal! :>
update: About the home eco exam, we did a summative test before that and i got 53/60 !! our section and the second section was in the same class and im still in one of the highest!! and in the exam, i got 55/60. I also got better at badminton (we played it for pe) and now i'm just listening to get motivated cuz im literally at our school for 12 hours straight 😭 (we only do home eco class once a week but we spend 5 hours on that class, same with journalism)
Update: doing my homework rn, i'll stop when i'm done at my english and journalism assignment !! :>
another update: i didnt get to listen while doing my homeworks 😭 was literally abt to cry that time because my body aches sm and im so stressed out + im listening on the voice record i did for the journalism. but im reviewing for our exams rn so wish me luckk !! ^^
also for today, we went at a food bazaar here in our place near our school, i didnt know my crush was right there. our table was just beside them. though there are more people on our back but i saw him looking at me but pretending hes looking for someone 😭😭😭😭 PLS
update: havent been listening since that day, and i will also be active on listening because next week will be our sembreak. but rn, i cant. my body and head hurts because of our math jingle practice (basically its a yell with dance) and the dance was almost jumping, feet stomping etc. and i was wearing 1in heel so my body hurts 🥹
update: idk if its a part of the results but the exam was easier for me compared to the last quarter. we did 4 subjects and tomorrow we will have 3 subjects
exam day 2: math was quite easy for me ??? i almost failed that sub last quarter 😭😭😭 though our social studies is hard considering that our teacher collected our notebooks before the exams and didnt even give us a chapter test to review 😭 we alr know were gonna fail social studies.
we went to a local park to practice our math jingle again and these kids jokingly told me and my friends "hey, pretty girls! you guys are only mine" idk, just so awkward?? 😭😭
update: back to listening after being inactive. i started listening again because my sleeping sched was so unhealthy. and i mean UNHEALTHY. i sleep at 1-2 pm or sometimes even at 4pm. and at night, i won't sleep. i wanna fix this so im listening again

My mother passed away a few days ago, i just want to be a better person and feel better so that all the efforts she made for me wouldn't go waste, I'm too young for this. I wish she stayed a lil longer but it is what it is. anyways I'll update if this sub works on me or not.

Update:
Day 1: Not much of a difference, but today was the 10th day after mom's death so there were some rituals held, and the relatives who attended told me that I look just like my mom but even prettier. (idk if they just said that for me to feel better or they were being genuine)
Day 2: I'm a very insecure person and rarely look at myself in the mirror and tell myself I'm pretty. But today when I woke up and looked into the mirror I actually felt pretty, i noticed that my face is a bit slimmer and my eyelashes are a bit thicker.
Day 3: After three days I started breaking out and tbh i already felt like I'll have breakout cause I've been eating lots of junk food and not doing proper skin care, I feel like it will get better if i keep listening and have a proper diet.

Day 1 (1st Jan)-
• Felt prettier

So, I've been listening to this consistently since it came out and ive definitely had some results i wanted to share (:
First of all, i got new nail polish that doesn't chip at all (brand is ilnp and my job is a bit rough on my hands so I highly recommend it) and started moisturizing my hands regularly and they look really nice and I didn't even realize there were hand benefits til i reread them recently! Second, a coworker of mine complimented my hair and asked if i curled it which I didn't! Third, I've been wearing jewelry and trying to spice up my fashion for a bit and ive gotten a ton of compliments on it just recently. Fourth, (sorry if this is tmi) but I never really liked my boobs and thought they weren't a great shape but that has definitely changed recently and the change might have to do with working out more but I'll still count it because ive also been more consistent on working out since listening to this! I've also been into studying languages for a bit and an app that i really like had a new years sale for a subscription and I thought maybe I shouldn't get it because it was still around $100 for life but a bunch of people encouraged me to treat myself and it has helped me so much with studying!! I also got closer to some people I've been wanting to be friends with and got invited to a party with my partner, who is absolutely amazing and I've been happier than ever with since the release of this sub! Plus I'm in the process of perusing a new job opportunity that could be really nice long term and I would get to work with a family member of mine which is awesome because ive been wanting to be closer with her recently. I also got the random urge to delete all the apps on my phone that make me feel negatively and download a few self-care apps that have been super great motivators! Things aren't perfect but the good things stick out more recently and i think I've developed a good mindset for things to continue improving even if i stop listening to this so I highly recommend you listen to this, even if its just for a week or two!
