Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈

i cant believe this omg. i always procrastinate until it’s the day before my exams and that’s what i was doing before listening to this. since the last year i failed the history class, before school starts again i’ll have a “repair exam” which is divided in oral and on paper where i need to know all the history program we learned the last year. this exam will be on this friday and if i don’t pass it i’ll have to repeat the year but i still somehow managed to procrastinate until today. i was really anxious this morning and thought i won’t pass the exam, so i tried to search some subliminals here on youtube. i found this, put my headphones on and started listening on repeat for like one hour and it unexpectedly worked. i never believed in stuff like subliminals but i can say that when i stopped this i grabbed my book and started studying without any distractions. i really want to thank you for making this because i’ve always struggles with being concentrated while studying and i want to start school as a new me who always gets good grades. now i’ll continue study history because i still have a long way to go before finishing so wish me luck!!
