@KateP Well, since last year I wasn't consistent it took me pretty much the whole year cause I kept changing my playlist and I couldn't define my goal, basically I just wanted everything right know so even though I did get results from everything they were really slow cause I wasn't even completely conscious about what I was Manifesting.
(My playlist had @moza morph, @mii ! @Alice's Enchanted Cottage @vetela .... I don't remember who else, but they have really good subs😊)
This year, I settled my goal, which was height and overall body, I know what I'm manifesting and that even if it takes time, I will get my results.

Thanks a lot, Moza! This might be the only height subliminal that worked for me, I've tried other height subliminals from both your channel and others for months, as well as made my own but none worked. Guess my mindset was always partial towards the more detailed subliminals because I tend to be very specific towards the layout of my goals (ADHD has render me as such). I am 165 cm in the day, 163 cm at night. I've grown 2 cm (167 cm) in the span of less than 2 weeks using this subliminal coupled with the recommended 4.0 booster. I can't believe it (well, I kind of have to but you get my point). My goal is 185 cm and I'm 20 years old.
Edit: 169 cm now, 3 days after I released this comment. I find that I have results when I don't overthink and overuse, just casually listen and not strain to find faster results. I've always made the mistake of thinking that listening overnight would guarantee results which did not in my case (you can still do it when you can as I do) but regardless of whether you are awake or not, your subconscious is still active and it does not really matter how much you listen to a subliminal in a day (even listening to it once will bring results because the affirmations have already been relayed to your brain, I do to listen to a sub at least 5 times however just to feel the physical sensations in a lasting effect).
Edit: I did not listen to it for a while after gaining the results but started again 4 days ago, I grew one more centimeter: 170 cm. I will update my height at the end of the month May.
Edit: 1st of May and I'm now 172 cm, give or take.
