Edit: so I've always been insecure of my height... I was 4'10
People would constantly make fun of me and it was just horrible
It made me really self conscious to the point that I didn't even like taking pictures..i didn't wanna look at myself.when I first started listening to subliminals a month ago I still hadnt completely believed that it would work but I thought why not try it cause I have more to gain and nothing to loose
I'm going to be 17 in a few days and I was 100% sure I wasn't going to grow any taller without subliminals .
So I started listening overnight from April 7( for 100 minutes) . I was really disappointed when I didn't notice any kind of results overnight cause u see a lot of comments saying that they grew overnight (I believe them) and when it doesn't happen to u it kinda demotivates u but I stayed consistent and I didnt see results even after 3 weeks but on April 30 I changed my playlist and added this subliminal to it ❤😀. I started feeling a lot of pain on my thighs and arms.
Now my arms, fingers, thighs have definitely gotten longer
It's only been 10 days but im sure I grew 2 inches ( I measured myself)

@@heartbeat_slash yes i workout, here’s what i do: jumping jacks for 30 seconds then downward dog for 30 seconds (holding the position) calf raise for 30 seconds (holding the position) hamstring stretch for 30 seconds (holding the position) then skipping rope 100-200 times, i did not have a healthy diet specifically for my height
