New Nikom court was full last week. I stay there in the low season as it is in a good location and cheap.

I stayed there in January, nothing wrong with it ,but I would definitely get a room at the back.
The traffic noise seems to be getting louder with noisy motorbikes. I noticed that even many mototaxi riders have taken off the air filter!
Coming back in January for 3 weeks,I am not really a night owl these days until 2am so I need a hotel away from the bars .

I've stayed I most of them budget hotels in that area but imo chabba hut is the best
Chaba Hut is another one that only takes direct bookings. I used to love D Apartment but the prices are too high now due to the secret getting out! :)
@@bkk1126 Chabba Huts are now 1200 and D Apartments are 1000++ depending on the room. Stayed at the D Hotel and that was decent.

LMAO was in Pattaya last 2-weeks and ate at Bake & Brew, my food was good, flat white was dreadful. Didn’t go back.
The coffee machine was broken on my visit :)
@@bkk1126 Probably a lucky escape 😂 I got great coffee in a tiny stall on corner of Soi 15 and Soi Buakhao. On the right hand side if you’re facing Buakhao. 50Baht for a cappuccino and it was served in a proper cup and saucer 🤤

Just got back from Pattaya and I was really impressed with Walking Street. Walking Street is about three times longer in length and 50 percent wider in width than Bangla Road in Phuket. I highly recommend a strip bar called Sensations. It's full of hot 20 year old Thai girls waiting to be bar fined and pounded by the Farang & Sausage!!
