Whole milk is also called "kacha dudh" that is what I've heard my Punjabi mom calling it.
Also shredded carrots would be "kadu-kush hoi gajjran" and shredded coconuts " kadu-kush khopra". My mom also calls it moli-kanda hoyi but I guess kadu-kush would be more formal

I think kacha dudh is raw milk, as in straight from a cow (not pasteurised)
@@astonifyed yeah 'kacha dudh' is the one directly from the animal without being boiled pasteurized or something, my mom uses it in her fast for taking to the temple.
I think there is no specific word for whole milk it is just 'gadha jeya malai aala dudh' may be I am wrong.

No its usually just made the same in most households with same ingredients, the only thing different might be the order of when to put the ingredients

@@fabvz not a big fan of mamoul but we definitely have some good desserts. As a Palestinian we make Qatayif during Ramadan and Eid, probably the best one specific to that time of year

Google's sometimes unreliable, it uses Hindi urdu words. Like cheeni, chawal and naariyal for coconut 💀

Aanch : flame
(Halki for low, darmyani for medium and teez for high)
Khalis is whole for foods, asli is real - not necessarily used for food items. So it's khalis doodh for whole milk or malai wala doodh which is full fat milk.
Khopra or naryal for coconut.
Katay hue or bareek kata hua for diced/sliced.
Garha is for think. Garha hone tak pkae is for cook until thick
These are all urdu words we commonly use for cooking not sure what's the punjabi vocab for it
Not dheemi aanch for medium? Welp that's how we say it in Hindi tho

Ghada is hindi/Urdu word ....we say sang-na in punjabi here
