You two should make a weekly or monthly CZcams show together, like ''Golden Kitchen'' where you throw a dart on a map and cook dish from this country on time or try to cook a certain dish in two different ways and compete which one is better.

As Bilal said, definitely try Dosa specifically ghee roast and masala dosas, sweet Pongal, as well as Puri with aloo. As a south indian I stand by these as my favorite go to meals which are all just sooo flavorfull.

glad u mentioned south indian cuisine. i'd recommend trying more of our food such as parotta and beef (yes, Memenia Memes and every other hateful Pakistani, beef!), Chicken 65, Kothu Parotta, Mysore Paak and many more, while dosa is far from underrated, it's still very unique and distinct from north indian/pakistani dishes so I'm happy you mentioned it. all the toxic indians and pakistanis can calm down now
