@@gban2647 he has very good proportions and genetic for classic physique but he just misses a lot of muscle mass to compare to the big guys like Cbum. you can still see that he is/was actually a mens physique athlete.
He is an awesome dude, super charismatic and full of energy, but he is lacking a ton of size. He is a perfect model, and probably the dream physique for most gym guys, he is not olympia ready (he probably knows it himself, thatâs why he hasnât competed recently)

I was really hoping he was just going to add just enough broth to make it a hearty soup and call it a day lol.
Would have made kept things palatable as well as easier to get down.
He would have to cook the rice all the way through to keep it from expanding too much is all.
Could have stuck to nut butter rather than raw if he was not too big on chewing as well.
I would have been irritated just thinking about having to chew haha.

No matter how hard you train, if your diet is poor you probably won't make any significant progress. You can't outtrain a bad diet and I can't emphasize this enough. I always thought I was eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated. Then I got my first diet plan created on website called Dietarize. I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 4000 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.

I was in the exact same boat as you, but I also came across dietarize from one of the comments on a CZcams video. I can tell you with absolute certainty, dietarize is absolute dog water and would not recommend ANYONE to use it, just terrible.

Butter, nut butter, nuts, cheese, extra virgin olive oil, pork belly, all super high calorie and fairly clean. Clean doesn't mean low fat! Potatoes are also really filling so that might have been a mistake!

I'm in the middle of a cut and the masochist that I am, I'm watching this and salivating
In two hours, Iâm driving down to my local Vietnamese donut shop. They change the oil twice a month and have the tastiest recipes.
Iâm soon to feast on four big kolaches (right as they come out of the oven and have freshly melted butter glazed on top of them), one brisket (500/ea), and a half dozen cake donuts (300/ea).
My favorite flavors are the buttermilk with chocolate frosting and strawberry iced. The chocolate and blueberry cake are heavenly. Add in a couple glazed donuts and an apple fritter that melt in your mouth and itâs game on.
All of this, washed down with a glass of ultra filtered milk and my day is fini.

@@muscleandstrength I actually do have experience with that. We have a Hawaiian restaurant in my town that makes a great loco moco. The biggest version they make is probably half of what Sadik had: 3 eggs, 2 big hamburger patties, 2-3 cups of rice, and brown gravy. (Plus pancakes and macaroni salad on the side.)
Itâs delicious, but it is a beast. If Iâm gonna eat that, I gotta plan ahead. And thereâs no way Iâd be able to down two of those, then have another huge meal in four hours.
