I am also black. I want to you know.
Bagels Truth I'm also black, just want you to know
Yeah! I love the fact that there were voiceovers while eating. I get bored just watching people timelapse through eating all their food. I actually watched this whole thing.
nigling you should fast on snake juice bro water fasting fucks your metabolism amongst other issues
Bagels Truth I am not black. Just want you to know.

LMAOOOO I'M CRYING
It’s so interesting how some people aren’t as emotionally attached to food and eating as others.
Isn't it
Yeah, I fucking love cooking so it’s hard to imagine how others just treat food as a functional thing.
I find that the deeper I get into the cut and more shredded I get(to an extent like 8-12% bf) that I actually crave the shitty food a lot less
Christian Yeahman Same here. After a hard workout I crave healthy food and it tastes even better.
Christian Yeahman yeah, me too bro
Can't deny how much work this guy puts into one video.

Designed to Know God
I observed everything going on under the sun, and really, it is all meaningless-like chasing the wind.
(Ecclesiastes 1:14)
It isn’t that unusual anymore to hear about another celebrity who overdosed or another celebrity who has checked into a drug rehab unit-or, tragically, has committed suicide.
It’s hard for us to understand how people living in a Tinseltown world could be miserable. But they have the same problems we have. The difference is they have a lot of the things that we dream of, yet they see the emptiness and futility of it all.
Solomon saw this as well. He wrote, “Everything is wearisome beyond description. No matter how much we see, we are never satisfied. No matter how much we hear, we are not content. History merely repeats itself. It has all been done before. Nothing under the sun is truly new”
(Ecclesiastes 1:8-9)
It’s the conclusion that everyone will come to eventually. Of course, we can discover it the hard way, or we can discover it the easy way. We can take God’s word for it, or we can foolishly chase after all the things that, in the end, will leave us empty.
And some people who go down that road will lose their lives in the process.
You don’t have to find out the hard way. You can come to God, and He will fill the void in your life. We all were born with an emptiness inside. No earthly relationship will fill it. No amount of sex or possessions will fill it. Nor will knowledge or morality or even good, clean living.
We were designed to know God. And until you come into a relationship with Him, you will keep coming up empty, time and again, just as Solomon did.
When you turn to God in faith and let Him forgive your sins, He will fill the void in your life-a void that only He can fill.

She kinda did lol. She completed half the challenge in 4 or so hours
She finished half this challenge at Breakfast lol

1:40 Grapes on a cheat day. You savage
SuperB they have tons of sugar and sugar turns into fat
😂
Accion Creativa MGB yup you know nothing about food grapes have a unsaturated sugar which does not turn into fat but has fibers and protein which is important
@@dtb114 It's also surprisingly low on calories. 100g is only like 67 kcal so it doesn't even compare to sweets and the like.

could really tell you were fucked at the end then hahaha, looked like hard work
LOL yeah man, that last shake hit me hard af haha
Watching this on a low carb day while cutting.... why do I hate myself?
Brad Suarez you can do a refeed with 10k calories if you wish
DBS LLama
Hahaha, 10k calories on a cut? My refeed is usually around 3500 - 4500 calories.
Brad Suarez calorie deficit of 600-900 for 2 or 3 days then do a refeed that's 5% dietary fat, 80-90% carbs, 5-15% protein and you will gain barely any more fat than when compared to a surplus of 3.5 to 4k cals
DBS LLama
Why do you think I want to make myself suffer unnecessary torment, I thought refeeds were supposed to be fun? Lets do the math.
5% of 10000 is 500. 500/9 = 55.5 grams of fat.
What am I supposed to eat all day sour patch kids and soda?? The only reason these guys barely make it to 10000 calories on these challenges is because of the high fat content of the foods they eat. Besides fat makes food taste so good!!
Brad Suarez I said "if you wish" and it's called vegetables, pasta, candy, some beans, etc.
Some ppl prefer carbs and some don't mind eating them despite their liking of fats

I don't enjoy these X k calorie challenges mostly because they are very repetitive. I was intrigued by the science in the name of your video. I clicked and actually I think that this was the best challenge I've ever seen. You answer some of the questions I've been asking myself but was too lazy to find the answer.
I also think that you have very nice physique. And your girlfriend seems to be great girl :)
dzudiy thanks so much 😄
Jeff Nippard so how much did you gain after the challenge
Jeff Nippard How tall are you? Not hating, just curious since I'm the same weight as you.
I only watched this for the science part as well. very interesting!

Fuck this channel is quality. You have a nuts physique & ridiculously smart. Sick video, can't wait for the 20,000 challenge ;)
People like him just hate because they have no motivation. Oh well.
I think he is natty, he isn't tall and his skin isn't really thin unlike other people who are on gear.
Just calculated his FFMI.
- Fat Free Mass Index (FFMI) = 25.31
- Adjusted FFMI = 26.22
Conclusion: Almost guaranteed to be on steroids.

Dude you are built like a tank, at only 165 too. Very impressive, and I appreciate the scientific insight paired with the eating.
I saw that scale at 165.2 i had to rewind that and comfirm, he looks huge but light. He must not be tall.
He is short. 5’5 to be exact.
Michael Ramos I’m 5’6”... 140. Hard to imagine myself being able to put on an extra 25lbs, and I look pretty strong for my height. 165 at this height is very impressive.
Jared Fehr Horticulture I'm having trouble imagining it too, but for the opposite reason. I'm also 5'6" but 190lbs....and while I'm not lean I'm also not fat. I've got a slightly leaner 'dad bod' with a sprinkle more muscle. Yet here he is, more jacked than a marvel superhero, and only 165 lbs. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it.
@@Prohortico I'm 5'6 at 175 and I'm thin... can't believe how bodies vary so much. You must be very tiny

This dudes physique along with the sheer study based knowledge is incredible, who cares how tall he is. Think dudes a beast, keep doing you
I know this is an old video but just going through your Chanel I feel as though I have struck gold. A fitness guy that talks sense, is articulate, knows what he’s on about, backs stuff up with science and isn’t a meat head. Well done and thank you sir.

Hands down my favorite 10k challenge. The way you explained the science was AMAZING. Absolutely loved it. Keep it up dude!!
Dude. I've been watching a lot of people that try to give information about nutrition but you are a first on explaining and applying those academic information on the event that you are doing. Whole video was so informative that i found myself saying `oooooohhh i did not know that`for the entire video. You are amazing. Subbed, liked, shared.
jeff nippard: cited papers in every videos
also jeff nippard: don't understand how the lid works
Bro why are your videos so relaxing to watch?
So in other words, even spontaneous, dramatic increases in caloric intake on occasion (holidays, birthdays, weddings, etc) don't lead to long term fat gain. It's rather the act of a continued caloric surplus that contributes to fat gain and thus people can't gain fat permanently unless they are in a continued state of overfeeding. I'm assuming this is because the adipose cell, even though it may multiply briefly and for a short period of time you may gain fat, unless it has continued support in the form of energy or calories the adipose cells will die off and thus your body won't gain fat if you return to maintenance calories or return to a caloric deficit in subsequent days?
All I know is that I ate 17k cals at this Christmas, gained about 20lbs and was back to normal in 4 days, 5th day I was lighter than my pre-Xmas feast.
Yeah, just make sure you don't go to too many b-days and holiday parties I guess
@@MoSec9 gotta pick and choose haha
Typically the number of adipocytes only increases (or remains constant). The number doesn't decrease, but they may either increase or decrease in size. They may die off but are replaced at a matching rate (think I remember a turnover estimate of 10% per year).
@@RobRIPDG Most of that would've been water weight

this was the best video, i love the informative talk over the eating portion! i especially liked the talk about how much fat you gained in the day, and how you showed the calculations. you should do a video specifically on the thermic effects of food - i find it very interesting!
Obviously a lot of time was put into this! Quality is incredible, content surpasses anything else on youtube! amazing man, THank you!
Would have loved to see another physique picture for the morning after to see if there'd be any significant difference, and maybe one a few days after that as well to make up for probable water retention from all the extra salt and sugar as well..

My problem with this challenge is that I would hit the goal too quick even without eating junk. I just love eating hahaha
10k calories eating clean would be extremely difficult for anyone.
17:48. This. Is. Hard. I eat roughly 2000kcal a day. I bumped it to 5k on a refeed....made myself sick and it was largely clean food too
