This just highlights keep things simple. Genetics play a big factor as does if someone is on the juice. Stick to the basics. Compound lifts and isolation staples. Eat well and rest. That's it. People have made careers about preaching methods/exercises which are overly complicated and not needed.

I use the slow negative on every rep with wrist straps. I can’t do heavy anymore, so I go less weight, and focus on bottom squeeze every rep, slow negative. It helps me at 61.
You know those dumbell flies ,isnt it good to twist at end i heard? Just somthing i saw. I have big trouble getting chest growth,press ups has done the most for me.

i don't get the 50gr protein shake part. doesn't the body absorb like 20gr at a time, especially with fast digesting like whey. then most of this goes to waste. am i missing something or am i misinformed?
