Great balls of fire! Here is our step by step how to guide to paint the Top Gun: Maverick F/A-18E Super Hornet flown by Maverick in the Top Gun: Maverick blockbuster movie. The model we used is our old and trusty Freewing 90mm F/A-18E Super Hornet, which is a decade old and was in desperate need for an upgrade. It has thrust vectoring, so the wild high-g maneuvers flown by Maverick in the movie are easily within the flight envelope. Do you feel the need for speed yet?
