- Dragon Flow inspired practice đ In this 32-minute energising yoga flow I lead you through different variations of the Dragon Flow - a Yang sequence created by Paul and Suzee Grilley.
This is a strong and fast yoga flow sequence: a lot for the upper body, back, and the legs - the whole body! This one really gets the heart beating and breath flowing đ We start with a warm-up, especially for the wrists and shoulders, and slowly pick up the pace. I absolutely love the Dragon Flow - I hope youâll do too!

I love this sequence so much (and I am super picky!) Thank you so much for sharing đ
Thank you! Such a kind comment đđđŒ Made me very happy to hear this! I just recently added a new version of the Dragon Flow in the channel too - I hope you'll like that one too đ€đŒ Wishing you a great day!
Thank you Heini, a beautiful sequence which fells like I've stretch every part of my body.
I'm glad you liked this Kathryn. The Dragon Flow is still one of my favourites, and exactly for that same reason - you really feel your whole body getting moved đ Thank you for joining in đ
Thanks Heidi, I also did your sequence for hips yesterday and really loved it. I've been working on hip openers for awhile now and it's always good to find some different postures to gain more opening in that area. đ„°@@yogawithheini
@@kathrynbullen7904 That's great to hear! And yes, it's really good to give a variety of different movements and poses for the body. This way your also making sure that you're working all around the hips and both releasing unwanted tension and strengthening the areas that need more strength đ Thank you so much for sharing this and the practice đ
A lovely, energising flow to start the day. Thank you Heini!
Thank you Gillian! I just love the Dragon Flow đ It's tough but it leaves you feeling full of energy. I'm glad you like it too.
Beautiful dragon flow tutorial thank you đđ„°
Thank you so much đ I appreciate your kind comment đ I'm glad you enjoyed joining in!
Wow, this will take some practice to get smooth, but fantastic, thank you Heini :)
I know what you mean - it's a really challenging sequence. That's partly why I love it so much, hehe đ Thank you M!
Great dragon flow Heini - just a good amount of time and overall movement - thank you xxđ
Thank you so much Donna đ I'm glad to hear that. Dragon Flow is a lovely sequence!

Hi. I was wondering if you could please do a video on the Infant Series that was also designed by Paul Grilley?
Thank you for the suggestion! I'm not very familiar with the Infant series but I'll have a look at it đđ
@@yogawithheini it would be great if you could do a practice on it as I think itâs a very fun, creative sequence.

@@nickryan8673 Thank you!
Hi, I love your practice but I was wondering if you are aware of the fact that ads come through three times? The last one during the twist on the floor at the end. It is quite distracting...
Hi @jvandertholen ! Thank you for your comment and I'm happy that you're enjoying the videos đ The mid-roll ads are annoying, I know how you feel! At the moment, the channel is not yet monitised so I don't have any control over the ads - it's all on CZcams. This is a common small channel problem as we need to reach a certain threshold to be able to control when the ads are displayed. When reaching that threshold, they will still be most likely displayed but at least then I can decide when they are displayed and I can get rid of the mid-roll ads. I appreciate your support and practising with me đđ
@@yogawithheini thank you for your explanation. Good luck with growing your channel so you van manage the ads yourself
@@jvandertholen Thank you so much!
