Wow, this is my first class with you but definitely not the last one ! Here's a really well built flow😀 I was a bit confused at the beginning bc I'm not used to teachers mirroring us, so I decided to just rely on your voice. And once I got the flow, I've been able to explore each pose in a way that fits my (injured : broken supra spinatus) body. I feel AMAZING now, thank you so much ! Namaste from France 🙏

We do work with the Yang collection in my yin yoga teacher training, and we go much more in-depth than these CZcams videos, since teachers also want to know how to use language and cues for a variety of body types and also how to coach individual students based on their abilities.
