Absolutely mate. The VAR is a fucking joke. They don’t realise how much these cockups are costing teams/clubs. The points lost, the goal difference at the end of the season means the difference of getting into Europe, winning the league, or avoiding relegation. Look at the Spurs Arsenal game this morning. Van de Vens goal should have stood. He was in an offside position, sure but when the Arsenal player attempted to block Porros shot it deflected off him making VdV onside. Imagine what a difference that would have made to the game. And every week’s the same. The game is no longer refereed on the park it’s refereed by some clowns on the other side of town and when they get it wrong it’s always “oh we made a mistake “. Forest should have had at least two penalties against Everton recently, possibly three, somethings not right, even the officals are incompetant or corrupt, it's one or the other!

But with regards to the match against Burnley, I can say that the standard is now at the lowest, when we have to cry for penalties in order to beat the worst team in the league

Burnley's penalty was soft as Onana was going for the ball (just like the wolves game last August) or are keepers not allowed to challenge for the ball in their own area now, if that's the case what's the bloody point in having a goalkeeper anymore anyway. United should have had at least two 1 for the foul on Garnacho & 1 for the blatant handball.

There is no accountability and there is no recourse. PGMOL gets to apologise for mistakes and they move on. The credibility is the only thing they lose (if they have any left) but that too is meaningless as a discredited referee can take a little break, or adjudicate other less impactful games and come back once the dust has settled. Must be great to be in a role where mistakes are brushed aside and you have no personal accountability for cock ups

VAR has only worked to the degree tjat it takes away the ability of fans to celebrate goals. Als this booking players for taking their shirts off is absolutely childish as there are far mor important incidents for bookings that ref's don't deal with even when they see them happening

Referees and VAR assistance should be fined for the international errors that they made during a match. Apology alone isn't enough.
