Mojo...love that trail! Haven't been out there in a while with all the rain. Have the same exact bike, love it! I've upped the fork from 150 to 160 and changed out the damper turning it into a Lyrik Ultimate. It's a beast now! As well as Cushcore inserts, a must IMO! Next upgrade will be a coil out back.
Not yet, that's next. Hopefully in the next month or so. Thinking the Rockshox Super Delux Coil. I have this coil on my Commencal Meta and it kicks ass!
thank you for a nice review bro :) can u link which exact 180mm fox fork you wanted to get, also are you switching the the shock? Why didnt u get the Kenevo Expert, looks like you would get exactly what u needed ^^
It's the new Fox 38 fork, I would have bought the Kenevo but the 700wh wasn't available for a while. I think the Levo with a suspension upgrade will be perfect :) www.ridefox.com/family.php?m=bike&family=38
My friend has bought a spesh turbo Levo, thought he was clever on a big bike ride keep blasting off, until battery runs low an it goes into a limp mode to get you home lol, all in all, a amazing bike, I hold onto his shaulder and I get towed up hills, brilliant, UK £4000 finance tho........ Oooooooh pricey
Just had one of the "new" motors replaced. This is motor #4 for me. It didn't fail completely, but was making a bad grinding noise AND ghost spinning (motor would randomly engage and spin on its own for several minutes). This isn't my bike, but I found two video from a guy with what appears to be the exact same issue: @t Is anyone else having these problems? Are the two issues connected?
@@radorbad6978 Try a 160mm fork. There is a guy that did a video on that. He said that made his bike a little slacker and better descender. I just bought a red Turbo Levo Comp, should arrive in a week or so... Nice video. 👍
Also get rid of the forks and use fox 36 or 40s... I've heard this bike can be de-restricted to make it faster... Mite loose warrantee tho.. Dont jet wash near the battery... A good thing is transferable guarantee if you decide to sell..
The damn Brose motor, had a complete failure. Over twenty miles away from home. Ever try pedaling a hefty rig with a motor? You invent new vulgarity. With the extreme unworthy price of e-bikes, ya think the warranty would cover any maintenance. Guess not. I was charged with a $352.48 bill (maybe that was the labor ?). Just after five months of riding. Pissed. Brose, definitely not the best. Nothing but problems. Over-rated. My two-year old Cube hardtail e-bike, still going strong with original battery. And that's through two Winters. All this glamorizing of e-bikes. Only as good as the motor claims-to-be, and the life of the battery on the trail. Carry lots of tools & spare parts. That's the advice every e-bike poser, should be stating.
New York Vagrant if your bike is a 2018 or 2019, your motor failure should have been covered by warranty. I own a 2019 with low miles (under 400), and I’m trying to have Specialized change the motor to the updated Brose motor BEFORE a failure. FYI, Specialized extended the warranty on our motors to 4 years from 2 years because of all the failure problems. Sorry that you were charged; not good business or pr. Check out Cube or Bulls eMTB bikes.
One of the best reviews of this bike on CZcams. Getting mine (2021 version) in a couple days.
lol hope the motor lasts
Great review! I just bought this bike yesterday and can’t wait to send it!
Love to hear your thoughts, it's a sweet bike!
Hey Joe...you are a multi media magnate! Great vid dude...we'll have to hit some of those trails soon!
Let's make it happen
Good video dude. Love my Levo. I think 180 travel on a Levo would be way too much for the frame though. Ride Safe out there. 🤙🏴
Great review bro! I have the same bike and absolutely love it...
what fork do you have?
I’ve just bought this bike, it should arrive in a couple of days. Can’t wait to get out and see what an EMTB can really do
Sweet! You're gonna love it. Let me know your thoughts after you get a proper ride on it ;)

Right on. I was thinking of a suspension upgrade also. Did you upgrade the shock too?

@@xfortysd40 I was thinking coil too! Nice man.

SICK! I’m thinking about going in at 10 flat for 2, maybe lower? 8?
Bill Jones I paid $5500 but have friends who know the shop owner, again mine was a demo already 200 miles on the motor. 🤙🏽
Sfgpgirl you SCORED, for sure!

Great bike. What sort of seat is that and is it comfortable.

Would wish me an Enduro Levo with 165mm at the back and 170mm at the front and slacker geo. Somthing between the Levo and the Kenevo.
Totally agree. I'll be ordering a fork and shock soon. I'll do an update on the bike after that :)

How much is this bike?
So you had no issues with the bike yet?
Just went through my first motor at 1k miles. Specialized was quick to replace it.
@@radorbad6978 I went for the Yamaha motor.
Are in San Diego?
Yes sir

What does it weigh ?
Right around 50lbs. It feels much lighter than my 2018 Haibike sduro
I have one of these bikes. Just love it, but the motor breakdown sucks. And it broke in two months.
Awe man what a bummer. Hopefully Specialized took care of you.
Just watched a review and the guy was on motor number 4 after only 7500 km. Wanted to buy one but 4 motors 7500 km no thanks.
