In this video, watch as the 844 storms across the Overland Route back into Nebraska from Colorado carrying the end of the Home Plate Special. The crew moves the engine along at a furious pace towards the next day's service stop of Sidney, where it is greeted by a large Eastbound freight train.The Westbounds are starting to stack up behind the passenger train, so it's time to get back underway and stay on that throttle! I have enjoyed all of your 844 posts. Thanks for sharing. I did try to meet the FEF at Kimball, NE and then at Lake Oliver area west of Kimball. Camera problems wouldn't clear but I did get to watch as the consist headed west from there. Again, thanks for the post.
