I wanted Broadstone Memorial Park back when I was apartment hunting but it was soooo out of my price range for being out of the city basically. But I was sold bc of the mudroom! Lol

Clearly I live in the wrong part of the country.... I pay $2,500/month in Manhattan for a 1 bed/1 bath with literally no amenities. Not even a door man. Having a pool/gym/in unit laundry in your apartment is reserved for the super wealthy here 😭

You one of the few channels that actually post apt hunting in the loop. I’m from the H and enjoy videos like this. You should’ve came to my spot. It was previously called Alexan Lower Heights but recently acquired and changed the name to 27Seventy. If you was blown away by these you will call in love w/ this property and our amenities are the best in the H hands down. We have a hidden speakeasy which of course if the highlight but much more also. Kind of dope to see a CZcamsr from my hometown. Keep it up.
Yeah a lot of videos that I've watched showed apartments that were not in the loop. I believe I heard of those but not sure why I didn't tour them. Thank you for the support!
