It’s gorgeous, and she’s very articulate. But I have a little pet peeve, why do some people smack when they talk. Just about every time they take a pause, they smack as they continue! I don’t mean any harm, but I don’t think they know they’re smacking! 🙂
This is one of the more thoughtful studio floor-plans I've seen (the developers really considered their residents w/ this layout). I love the vibe u created w/ the space-ALSO, I love the name of your channel... so clever😊
I actually prefer my studio apartment where my eat-in kitchen is down the hall. I dislike when the living area and the kitchen are together. 🤷🏽♀️
The designers of this apartment building really did their thing. I love studio apts that have an enclosed bedroom space so that you can still get the 'bedroom' vibe, the illuminate bathroom mirror is a nice smart feature, the black frame of the shower is very spa like, the modern and calming kitchen backsplash with matte fixtures is the perfect pop of 'modern calm' in the kitchen, oh...and that yoga studio though with the pilates reformers!? Such a thoughtfully designed and peaceful looking residence. You selected FANTASTIC interior design touches. Thanks for the tour!

The calm sign is psychological. You're putting intention and your subconscious will see your bathroom as calm bc that's what you see and feel everytime you walk in. I'm bad at explaining but that's the main idea lol
Your place is very nice aesthetically pleasing. One thing that's nice about your studio is the bedroom is still separate/closed off and not out in the open with the living room and kitchen.
I don't see a studio, but small apartment. It is just perfect and so clean and cozy and beautiful!! 🤗💜
I’ve watched this 3 times for inspo for my 3 bedroom home lol cus this studio is everything ! I’ve worked in property management for years n never seen a studio done like this

Your apartment is beautiful. The only reason it’s not considered a one bedroom is because there’s no window. I live in a one bedroom in a high rise and your apartment is bigger than mine 😊 You’re lucky you have all that space 🙌
And depending on the state/city, a lack of closet makes it not an actual bedroom as well!
I used to dream of living in a studio when I was much younger. What a beautiful place and I love the aesthetics. Black and white are my favorite colors so this is totally up my alley.

In the US it seems a studio is a one bedroom apartment ❤........ In Italy (I'll speak of particularly Rome since that's where I am), a studio is a studio 😅. Really, i mean where you enter and see every area and corner of the house, and the sofa serves as the bed in like 90 % of the places (for lack of space to put both) literally 😂
