I would say timing chain guide slap/rub on bank 1 side. Those lifters aren't like pushrod lifters. The clerance drop is miminal on a lifter follower setup. Not saying it couldnt be, vut I believe you should have a more audible metallic ting if the followers were loose, than the slap sound going over timing chain guide
