The trouble with the clone pack is that the yellow clone is also now in the 2022 advent calendar. Pretty much took that from a $20+ fig to $10

Ya the fig itself alone isn’t crazy
But keeping the pack new and sealed, likely still a hit cause people will want them that badly

Every investor and their dog is nabbing up the Bad Batch shuttle set. It's going to be tsunami level listings once it retires and for many years.

Would love a polybag episode or if you have had any success with rare poly's. Not just starwars but other themes. Been picking up bulk assorted retired ones for great deals and sitting on them as some of the listings are out of this world amazing ROI's. Polybags worth the investment time?
Agreed that the bad batch may be overhoarded at this point. Might be a longer hold. I can certainly do a polybag episode soon!

Im hoping for better things on the Tauntaun MF, as I got a couple stacked through a Target GC promo they had, so im in at $10/set. Im thankful that im only into the Bad Batch Shuttle for a few sets, as I have seen BL and numerous eBay listings.

Thanks for sharing the retiring Star Wars sets. In the U.S., the Imperial Star Destroyer is listed on LEGO Shop at Home as "Out of Stock," but when you click on the item, it is "Sold out". I'm glad I was able to purchase one in-store during Double VIP.
It has been in and out of stock the past week but I am guessing the stock is drying up
It said back order for a while. I picked up a set for holding. A risk, but I guess we will see how it goes.
Now that it’s out of stock. I’m pretty sure it’s dried up and won’t come back. The Disney castle is also out of stock. The Ucs and Disney castle won’t arrive until January.
i bought a lot of the 501st legion trooper sets from amazon, they were selling them for 33% off which i thought was a good deal as i’ve never seen the set discounted before. I think the 501st Jet pack trooper could be a good mini figure to own post retirement if it stays unique to this set 👍

Disagree with the scout trooper helmet. Star Wars people will want a complete helmet collection. And the other more popular characters they’ve already bought or are more heavily hoarded for resale. Heck even my own kids talk about getting helmets they don’t care for because they want the complete series

Hunter mini fig from the Bad Batch shuttle is now also in the Justifier (75323) 😕 I hope the rest stay unique but with another season I'm sure there will be a new set or sets so we will see.. Great info keep up the vids we watch them all here and tik tok 👍🏼

The scout trooper and dark trooper helmets have been difficult to get in Australia
The scout trooper is pretty iconic in the Ewok chase scenes
The imperial droid has also been difficult to get
I have several of all of these and hope your not quite on the money here
However as we’ve previously seen it’s amazing how different countries embrace certain sets with prices going through the roof or bombing in different locations -Eg Architecture sets are not big sellers in Australia and every sale for me on eBay has been international sales
I’ll be honest I have very little knowledge of the Australian and European markets. But it is crazy how large the discrepancies are

During double points week, I ordered the imperial Star destroyer. Right when it was about to end, I ordered another one. The second order is on backorder and now its out of stock on the website. Probably one more restock before its gone for good.

For the Bad Batch, the Hunter is now in the new and very expensive Justifier set. All the rest are unique still. And word on the street is that the new Bad Batch season with have them in different outfits so these figures will most likely stay unique.

75296 sold out in Europe pretty fast and is hard to get below 100 € (70 € MSRP). Come Christmas, I expect this set to appreciate to 200 € at least.

Isn’t the small slave 1 retiring? Or did I miss that in the video. Also I read on brick fanatics the the rebel pack and clone pack aren’t retiring this year. Wasn’t sure if that was an error as I had heard many times they were retiring

Thank you for information. I think I will have allowance for one under $100 set and I want to start to invest in Lego. So looks like, if I will find discounted "Bad Batch Ship" , I am gonna buy it. But the real question, is it worth this? I do not really have friends who will pay extra for sets, and I do not know people who interested. Should i post in some ads to sell it or some other way?
I would save your $100 and maybe wait to invest in 2023

What I realize - you're have good point, NOT to buy the set immediately after release (i thought to do it with 2023 Bomber), but to wait till the end of release and see the set behavior. These days medium minus sets are not selling out immediately, and Lego replenishes stock. So ne need to grab them right away, no need to panic and buy on the secondary market if missed, but wait with patience.
On the AAT set. the clone trooper, itself, is not unique. It is a 501st clone with a unique helmet only.

I don't know if it's across the country, but I'm going to assume so. Target has been selling the Imperial Shuttle (75302) for $56 for the past few months and if you have some type of way to use a coupon, or maybe even Black Friday, it could help with those who want to invest in that one.

@@omarrobledo8796 Considering how much I paid and how much the past shuttles cost, I don't think the cons outweigh the pros. Could it have been done better, of course. Most Lego sets could be done better. Would it have become a $90-100 set if done right? Most likely.

I believe that Vader in the mediation chamber is also in the bespin dual set. If I said it was unique they was my mistake

Nothing is truly confirmed until it says, retired on lego.com but there are multiple sources that I use that have verified that these are likely retiring
They just did a restock like 3 weeks ago - it sold out in 12 hours lol - while I was on vacation in Mexico they had it fully stocked so I scooped another 5 to my address 😂 total of 10 I got - def the best HODL
Everyone is saying the Star Wars minifig packs are going to retire. I don't think so. I think LEGO will extend their life cycles for 1 more year. Of course, that's not a guarantee. So don't wait around for next year thinking you will be able to get these. Try to get them now.

Okay, Star wars is my thing for sure and I can promise all of you right now.... The Mandalorian Starfighter is going to do better than ANY other set on this list, mainly because of GAR SAXON! He is the figure with red and yellow on him. In case some of you don't know who he is, well he has never been in a Lego set and it is EXTREMELY unlikely that Lego will ever put him into another set. He was in Clone wars and there is really no reason for Lego to put him into another set. That figure alone will probably reach $120-$150 within a year or so post retirement! The other 2 figures in this set, The loyalist and Bo-katen Kryze are okay but they don't hold a candle to Gar Saxon! Also, talking about the AAT and ahsoka well she will not be the biggest draw for that set. The biggest draw for the AAT set is without a doubt the 332nd trooper. That is another figure that is going to SKYROCKET in value. But the best figure and therefore the best set on this list is the Mandalorian Starfighter with Gar Saxon! He is going to go into the Stratosphere in value!

On the Meditation Chamber set, while lego fan sites, etc., call it General Veers, the instructions depict him to be Admiral Piett. Honestly, you can point out reasons for it being either.
Is it the face or the outfit that makes the difference?
@@JakesBricks To me, everything says Admiral Piett, just like the manual says and shows, referring to the movie. The exception is the printed rank insignia is for a general. Piett went from captain to admiral when he outstaged Admiral Ozzel. So, a not-unheardof goof? Maybe. You can easily see they only show Piett in the manual pdf. Yet, there are similar scenes with both Veers and Piett talking to Lord Vader in his chamber. What fun!

It's definitely not Piett, it's General Veers. Piett is depicted in the sticker element with Admiral Ozzel. This set is depicting one scene and one scene only: Admiral Ozzel's demise because he was clumsy and stupid for coming out of lightspeed too close to the Hoth system. You are in command now Admiral Piett. General Veers! Prepare your troops.
