The one set I forgot to mention is the Bugatti Chiron! Now available at LEGO.com US and marked retiring soon!
Bought one this morning! Surprised they came back in stock suddenly
I have purchased a few droids on discount, with a damaged box and such. I feel like its an underperforming set now but it will be sought after when it retires. It feels similar to other obscure sets that licensed Lego has released.
Grwat information, and I was happy to see Lego finally have a retiring soon page. As it will drive up the priority to purchase, making Lego more money selling at MSRP and eliminating the market availability quicker. Which I believe are all good things.
thoughts on its value when rerited?
It only showed 13 sets retiring soon
@@steffitewers5256 are you looking in the US? UK and AUS have more sets as well!
As someone who recently got into collecting lego for personal enjoyment, I enjoy these videos to inform what I should pick up before price spikes and what I can hold off on.
David this is the best feedback ever! I love helping collectors like you! Happy Building!
100% of the sets retiring that are 100$+ are rlly cheap on other markets because of the reselling thing so you wont have to worry about price spikes, they will take years
Jake, I am loving the new level of production. Digging the storage of sets in the background. Have you thought of doing any videos on minifigure investments? It's like a whole other world compared to flipping sealed sets.
What's up TFF! So I have not dabbled into minifigure investing! There a ton of benefits to it... saves a ton on space and is cheap to ship. Because LEGO like to release minifigs in new sets I would say that the risk is slightly higher but it is something I should definitely explore. So I probably won't be doing a video on it anytime soon because I have very little experience in that area.
I appreciate the fact that you actually show inventory behind you and prove that you are not just talking a big game. Several other youtubers that I watch claim to own hundreds of each set but have never shown a single set during the video. I can claim I bought 100 upside downs for $200 and sold them for $450 in 6 months. Great content. Thanks. Looks like we might have some Ok GWP on 10/1/2022 so maybe that's a good time to pickup elf clubhouse or sesame street.
Hey Scott! Appreciate the feedback! And yes gwps on October 1st should be money!
Most other CZcams Lego people live in their parents basement and/or in huge credit card debt so they make videos on investing. No one that’s good at investing makes videos on it, much like stock gurus
Excellent content as always, thanks Jake
Right on thanks James!
I first wasn't sold on the imperial Probe droid but it grew on me. I could pick up a few for investing at a discount and I couldn't resist building one. It's a great display piece and the only imperial droid we got of this size, but I actually don't want people to buy it as an investment haha.
I see what you did there 😉
The imperial droid is a great build and display piece. Was able to get a few of these at 30% off in the UK, and think it will do well post retirement.
I would definitely pick them up at 30% off! Appreciate the insight
I got the probe droid for christmas for my personal collection and it was a fun building experience. It looks nice as a display model on its own, and with some of the other star wars head busts.
This helps thanks so much for the comment!
I got i myself and think it´s really nice. Hasn´t thought of displaying it with my Busts. Thanks for the tip.
Great vid. A good resource to help judge which to keep sealed & which to display. IE the elf shack. I'm on the fence with that and Santa's Sleigh
Thanks ED!
You are quick to report on updates! Thanks for another great video!
Thanks Zac! Trying to get into out as quick as Possible!
Great job thanks for the updates
💪 💪 💪
Really liking your content. I only just got into Lego investing this year, and wish I'd watched your vids before making some of my earlier purchases. Now toying between getting a Disney Castle or 1989 Batwing set...
If you had to choose I’d say 1989 batwing.
Nice video. Now you have me thinking about that castle…lol
If LEGO doesn't remake it, it should do really well for investing
Thanks for the update Jake 😎
💪💪
great tips as always!! 👍
Thx!!!
Hey jake been watching for awhile now! I gotta ask as a 17 year old Lego fan, how did you start out collecting sets and how do you afford them? Thanks love your vids man!
Started with $400… been investing, buying and selling for 7 years to get to what you see behind me
Thanks for the update on retiring sets. The LEGO Monkie Kid TV series has three seasons with two season available on Amazon Prime in English. Monkie Kid was developed for an eastern world audience. Ninjago, on the other hand, has a huge appeal in the western world. With respect to the Art Project set, there is a classic spaceman option that makes the set special to fans of Classic Space. Had LEGO made the spaceman the centerpiece of the box art, the set would have sold better.
Interesting. Good tip
@PBJ Thanks a ton for this comment! I had no idea it was available on Amazon. Even still it is surprising that it hasn't taken on off... Love your analysis
Great insight and knowledge!
💪💪💪
Hey Jake, I just came across your CZcams channel and became a subscriber. After watching this video about what could go up or down in value after a set retires, I would like to get your opinion about the 1966 Batmobile after it retires?
Hey Ray welcome to the channel! I actually had it as my number #1 retiring set for investing in 2022. 2 unique figs, exclusive to Walmart and LEGO.com here in the US. And has been out of stock at times. I would imagine there could be a lot of stock out there but I think it could be worth $60-$70 in 2 years
17:28 the Scout Trooper helmet is a great little set, especially if you found it on discount. I think it’s probably one of, if not the best of the helmet sets in terms of its design and how well it resembles the genuine article.
Love this analysis AJ appreciate the comment
Hey jake! Just discovered your channel, I love this format of video, thanks heaps.
Just curious, I thought the boba fett helmet was set to retire soon as well? And I'd assume that would do great investment wise, was that a false rumour?
That rumor is true! I do expect it to be a decent investment although most people know that helmets are good investments now so the market could be saturated but a 1-2 year hold should produce solid returns
@@JakesBricks yeah fair enough, thanks heaps.
Loving the content. My Wife bought me the probe droid and from the box I wasn’t to sold by it. It is a faf to put together because the legs are quite flimsy. When it’s together though it does look really good. Happy overall.
Thanks for this Analysis!
Hi Jake! Your videos are very informational and entertaining. Thanks for sharing your knowledge of Legos. I just purchased some Lego sets for investing that are expected to retire at the end of 2022. I live in a very humid state and I was just wondering what are some good ways to store the Lego sets for 1-3 years in a safe way to avoid moisture and any damage to the boxes such as bulging or scuffing?
Hey there 2nd Hand! If you are storing in a basement I would definitely recommend a dehumidifier. Has been very important for me to have. Avoiding scuffs is challenging unless you store your sets in cardboard boxes and if you have the space to do it i recommend it! Hope this helps
Thank you @@JakesBricks! That is very helpful.
I actually sat through your video which is strange because i'll always think that the investment niche is toxic to the hobby, but essential i guess. The probe droid is absolutely amazing in real life. The legs fall off a bit, but if "non cringy imperial" is part of your collection you would be very sad not to have this. I think it will be sneaky.. at some point everyone will realise how good it is. Its bigger irl than all the youtube reviews and absolutely pops with detail. I bought mine to display next to the (unbuilt) star destroyer, put it that way.
Karrde thx so much for commenting… I do have to say LEGO investing is at least essential for me so I can fund my building hobby but I know many collectors who are weary of it but I appreciate you understanding regardless. Also thx for the feedback on the droid. I am getting mixed reviews but overall mostly positive! Thx again
Great stuff, just found your channel and binged through quite a few videos haha
Just fetched a used 10231 Space Shuttle and 21309 Saturn V and a few others, which led me back to LEGO and the investment aspect of it.
Any sets under ~120€ or even below you can recommend as a beginner in investing? Ideally not to huge too pack, so I´ll be able to keep them for 2-4 years 🙂 As a student, I currently can´t spend too much money tbh, but I think of it as an alternative to stocks and have previous reselling experience...
Another Saturn V maybe?
Thanks man and keep up the vids!
Welcome to the channel! The Saturn V would be a great pick
@@JakesBricks great, thanks! Looking forward to getting into sealed sets now and watching your channel along :)
Your opinion on the 90th anniversary space explorer? I just got back into Lego and seen it was already 25% off at Walmart. Thinking about holding it seemed too good of a deal
I think it’ll be a decent investment but I wouldn’t pick any up for a while should be on the market for another couple years
Thanks for the feedback my friend I’m just concerned that if we don’t get things right in the world and this country it won’t be a normal market down turn but a permanent hit to the middle and upper middle class that are the primary buyers and the ones that keep our country and world moving forward. I am a few years older than you and have two girls in college and I’ll tell you very Orwell 1984 times are here. I never thought I would say that as do millions of others. Scary times but keep doing what you do your a class act and an asset to the Lego community
So true.
I didn't want to destroy the market by saying this but it is true.
The second hand market already almost collaps this moment.
You have to invest in your relationship with God because he never collaps.
I've to sell it for less then the price I paid for it. It is not a problem for me.
Invest in food. You cannot eat lego.
You have to sell your new lego sets now and buy food if you are not rich.
I think.
@tony ricca i hope there doesn’t come a day where all the sets behind me are worth $0 but that could always be the case one day. I am not sure it is as desperate as we think but who really knows. And yes as someone who was born in 1991 my knowledge of the world and American economies is limited…
There will be a down turn and then Lego will be worth even more when we come out of the recession. Reason I think it will be worth more is our decoupling from China therefore raising prices on manufacturing wherever that ends up being
@@no5544 I’m not as optimistic as you are and when we come out of this as a country and a world could take many more years than we may all like and also maybe a totally different world but we can all hope
@@tonyricca8116 I understand the concern. You will own nothing and be happy.
I have 2 of the probe droids. Love this build. Hell, it’s even my text tone. But I definitely didn’t go deep on it like I did with the helmets.
Text tone!? That’s awesome!
I have the Imperial Probe Droid in my collection. It’s a pretty good set, but tbh i feel the base for the probe droid is very weak considering how heavy the physical model is. Had to made some adjustments so it doesn’t topple over whenever i move it
Great feedback thx Andrew
I personally love the imperial probe droid. I finally picked it up a month or so ago an Im so glad I did.
Sweet thx for the feedback
Thanks for your video. My Mum bought more batwing after watching your video. Do you think LEGO 75314 Star Wars The Bad Batch Attack Shuttle will be retired this year too?
I think hat bad batch is a winner do you can pick it up for 20% off!
I think the probe droid might do well. I bought mine at Walmart on discount a few months back...maybe towards the beginning of the year and luckily I did cuz I've never seen them again 🤷
The probe droid is constantly discounted at 20%. I would wait for a 30% discount before I will invest.
So we have two for the Droid now! It's good to know there are at least a few collectors out there
@Jwillsher80 I would have to agree!
Just want to warn everybody about the Monkeykid sets. I invested in 2 about a year ago, and they still haven’t sold on EBay even though I listed it about 20 dollars under retail value. Maybe it will raise in value after it retires, but I don’t think people have any interest in it. Also, the retiring soon Monkeykid, has been on that list for almost one year.
Great analysis Brian! Monkey Kid is definitely not popular at all..........
You think putting 20$ under retail with sell? For that, I might answer buy from a real shop 🤣 lol
@@andrecrispim3209 I’m surprised he hasn’t sold it if he is the cheapest available 🤷♂️
Nothing there that I'm interested in getting except maybe the Saturn V.
You were right about the price increases not hitting the UK until 1st August.
£735 for the Falcon and the AT-AT!!!
Ouch. Glad i got in early on both.
Boutique Hotel now at £200.
Didn't buy on release as didn’t really like it, it's grown on me a bit...right after the price went up 🤣
Ain’t that always how it goes haha! Price increases are brutal tbh!
@Jake's Bricks I got 2 of the Batwings. When do you think would be a good time to sell those and what do you think appreciation will look like?
Great pick up! I would hold till next christmas. Probably worth 300-350 by that time
@@JakesBricks Hey Jake thanks brother. So I bought them at $270 each. So you're saying it will appreciate to $350 or go up by that much. Also it is a hot and iconic set so do you think it is worth keeping it till 2024?
And don't forget that a number of sets always 'retire' sporadically this time of year. We have already seen a few Star Wars sets evaporate in the Australia market suddenly.
I think that keeps things interesting. I usually stock-up on the real winners from my list that just might disappear like that. Just in case.
@@RJ3T- I certainly know how that can be. Good luck!
Yes I have heard of several sets already! Even before the holidays stock is starting to dry up!
@@JakesBricks Yep. And when you realize one of them was on your 'buy' list. Ug. Haha.
I really don't understand why LEGO hasn't made any Duplo or 4+ sets for Sesame Street. Seems like a perfect fit to me, this Lego Idea's set has done very well from what I hear.
That is a great point! Maybe the LEGO ideas set will spur them on to expand the line.
@@JakesBricks Hopefully. I've noticed they have made key-chains since, so hopefully that's a good sign. Maybe something after this set retires?
The technic ford raptor set is pretty good. And the build was enjoyable
Agreeed!
Question, Jake I was able to pick up the (rare) blue Fiat, is this retiring also? Thoughts? Thanks
It’s actually been retired for a while! It’s pretty rare actually
I have the Star Wars droid. I bought one for personal use. It’s cool looking
Thanks for letting me know Kevin! Wonder if their are others that have it as well
Can I ask what your thoughts are on the Harry Potter 12 Grimmauld place set. I picked one up for £99 and not sure whether to hang on to it fit a while.?
I think that set is a surefire winner! 9 unique figs and a great display. My only hestitation on investing right now is it will likely be on the market for a couple more years... but £99 ain't bad at all!
Thanks Jake I’ll hang on to it for now. 👍🏻
great video!
Thx!
The imperial droid is not in the helmet collection series, it’s in the character collection series, with D-0, BB-8, R2D2, Porg, Grogu, Yoda…
I think you are right on with the Batman sets. Also friends should do pretty good 😉
Ahhh that makes. Weird that the box looks different then the other droids
I think the art project is good for a personal collection if a person likes to make mocs. I bought it for a mario theme moc that was on rebrickable.
Ahhh didn’t think about this! Great thought
How long do you think we would have to purchase the disney castle before it retires?
I but you it is gone on or near black friday... Possibly earlier
Should I invest in the imperial droid and scout trooper, now? Perhaps a couple of each? If not, what would you recommend I invest in that retails $99 and below?
I’d choose imperial droid between those two
i just got the probe droid recently because it was on sale for 41. its a really amazing set, I've never understood why people hate it so much. It displays well with my 5 other helmets as well.
💪💪
space station was a great build for me , and a beautiful piece , for that reason , i've dicided to investing for somes .
Great choice 💪💪
Weird the raptor isn’t marked as retiring soon on US. Also if you click the “last chance to buy” Star destroyer isn’t there but when you click on the product it says retiring soon
I think that is because the ISS is out of stock right now.
Where is the link for the $50 off the star destroyer? I've been putting this one off for a while. Might be time to pull the trigger.
It’s in the description of the video! Top link from Amazon! - correction the discount on Amazon is gone 😩
Great video. Surprised not to see the Bugatti. If the orange Porsche is anything to go by then….!
Forgot to mention that one 🤦♂️ see my pinned comment!
I am so glad the ninjago city gardens got extended I have been meaning to pick it up soon but I feared I was gonna miss the chance.
Yup! I think you have till 2024 to get it
When sets are listed as retiring soon, do they stop manufacturing them immediately or do they wait till the end of the year?
I don’t have an exact answer to this. Usually they stop manufacturing around October or November. Sometimes longer and sometimes shorter. But I believe it’s around that time frame
@@JakesBricks Oh okay, thank you so much! My cousin wants to get the Disney Castle and was hoping to save up some more. I’m curious to see what Lego is thinking of replacing the castle with? Also where can I purchase the Lego you’re saving to sell? 😁
Just wanted to say that I find it so touching that you make an effort that so few CZcamsrs do, which is to reply to as many people as you can! That’s so very kind of you and keep being awesome! 😃
If something is retirering in UK does that mean the US as well? Like the star destroyer can I still get in the US?
99.9% of the time the answer is yes. The retirement dates can sometimes be off my a couple months. Typically a set will disappear in the UK quicker than it does in the US.
about the probe droid i have it and i love it gets a lot of flack about the arms but i dont think its warranted they mostly have the arms like that and its not a playset
Great to know that you are a fan! I appreciate the comment!
I have the imperial droid it is a great set to build and display
Right on!
Did you just say that the retirement of Ninjago City Garden is postponed until 2024? Oh man that blows! I got 3 of those lying around, waiting on retirement. Great video btw, thanks!
That is what I hear recently… it also received a price increase as well which makes me believe it will be available at least past this year
The Lego store in my city (Australia) has so many boxes of the Adidas shoe and The Disney castle still.
I've been collecting all the Harry Potter lego I can buy and Star Wars ofcourse. I'm not interested in selling anytime soon. I'm waiting 10, maybe 20 years before I start to sell. Might even just leave all my lego to my son to sell when he gets into his 30s or 40s.
Profits of a couple of hundred dollars doesn't interest me at all. I'm looking at profits in the thousands per box. If this never happens, then I'll just open everything, sit down with my boy and build everything we have.
Love the effort and time you put in to your videos. Keep it up.
Woah Benji! This is quite the strategy! Can't wait to connect in 15 years and see how your sets are doing! Good luck!
I don’t like Lego Art either, but 31204 Elvis is a home run, right? It’s a Barnes & Noble exclusive expected to retire this year after only 10 months. There are currently only 10 on eBay.
I don’t think the demand will be crazy, but it should be scarce and some people will want to buy three. Am I missing something?
Soooo I think it should be! Beatles has done pretty well but there really aren't anything exclusive about the ARTS sets anymore. Originally the Baseplates that came with them were hard to find but now they are in every ART set. If I was going to invest in a set I would definitely choose elvis. But because LEGO moved up the retirement date also tells me the demand is low... So Lots of things to consider.
Will definitely try to pick up the Bugatti. I tried building a moc of it using the Lego instructions but I ran out on 15 long beams.
Are they exclusive to that set?
@@JakesBricks no there not. You can find technic 15 long beams in any expensive Lego technic set. It’s
Just having a large inventory of them is hard when you just started collecting technic sets. I’m either gonna buy the Bugatti or the retired bucket wheel excavator. Glad bricklink is a thing I just
Hate paying more then the retail price.
I just want Old Trafford for myself...but I need another $160 or so to get to 13k points, I'm going to use my $100 off on it.
I think the probe droid and the scout trooper could do well and I agree with the TV Batman Cowl. The Sesame Street will do well for sure, but to me without Grover or the Count in the minifigs it's a let down.
Hopefully you can get that Old Trafford soon! And agreed on Sesame Street. More figs would've been awesome
Im not much of an investor but I’m saving my extra Bonsai Tree because I believe it will rise greatly post retirement cuz of how well it did when it was released
I 100% Agree but I don't think it is slated to retire till 2024 so you may have to hold fore a while but it should do well!
One thing you’re maybe overlooking wrt the Hogwarts crests is just how much HP fans (kids and adults alike) identify with a particular house. I’d much rather have a Ravenclaw crest on my wall than Harry’s face. But awesome video!!
That’s actually a great thought. Excited to see how well they do post retirement
@@JakesBricks I picked up 4 on sale at Walmart. I figure I can at least break even!
@@WanderlustingLawyer for sure! I definitely don’t think you will lose money.
Maybe not iconic to Americans but the Fiat 500 is a hugely iconic car to most Brits and Italians. We even got the car in a different light blue colour.
Yes I do remember the exclusive baby blue. I actually bit this set on this channel! But I am surprised the price on that set hasn't skyrocketed since it was so exclusive... So I am not sold on the yellow one doing that well. We will see
Bears hat after a nice win on sunday
Crazy win! Certainly unexpected in a Monsoon at Soldier Field! Bear Down!
I really enjoy the content of this video. With that said, Lego and ‘Investing’ really shouldn’t be together. One should purchase Lego because they like it and, for the purpose of this video, a last chance to own a set. If one is in it for the money, there are better ways to invest your money without taking up space.
Thx so much for your feedback! I love LEGO! I love building but I can’t afford it. So I got into LEGO Investing and reselling to fund my building hobby and my goal from this channel is to help other collectors do the same… I would much rather invest in a hobby I love vs the stock market or other Avenue that I am not passionate about… hope this helps 💪
May be a silly question.but for someone looking to dabble in lego investing. Which sort of theme would be stable. Eg just get a couple harry potter sets. Or look into a couple star wars sets. Just want to pick up a few things for fun and hope they sky rocket in 10 years : )
Hey GB check out my video on the best themes to invest in. That could help! There are always winners and losers in each theme so diversifying is key
I have the probe droid and I do not like the way it is made. The legs are very delicate and move around very easily. I have had them pop off or spin and hit something else off when I dust it.
This is great to know! I am getting mixed reviews on the set so I am curious what the collector base will be like post retirement.
Hi. I have a US and Euro Lego Bugatti set 42083. I plan on building one and keeping the other long term as an investment.
Is one version better than the other as far as collecting/investing is concerned?
hmmmm great question! I have bought and sold both and I don't think it matters too much. In my mind I like the piece count on the box but that is probably bc I am located in the US.
Ur collection is amazing
Thx Robert! I started with two pet shops back in the day
@@JakesBricks some of the sets u have are incredible i watched the video of the tour u did of ur collection. I would love have own most the sets u have.
I'll need to pick up the winter Chinese set. Maybe the Queer Eye set. But other than those I don't care much for the rest.
💪💪
It’s part of the droid series like BB8 and the new one
Imperial Droid has been hard to get in Australia and I picked up 5 off Zavvi at 25% off
Scout Trooper and Dark Trooper has been hard to get and on eBayAU is 30% above rrp already
I hope both Batman cowls do well along with classic Batmobile cause I’m stocked up
Helmets for the win!
Is zavvi reliable to purchase Lego off ???
I'm a LEGO Star Wars collector and I passed on the Imperial Probe Droid. It's kind of an odd fit. Not mini figure scale and not a helmet.
Seems like there are mixed reviews on it
I get the Big Bang Theory Set taking off because people in their teens, twenties, and thirties grew up with it and they have a connection, but Friends fans are mostly in their late thirties, forties, early fifties. (Even older for Seinfeld fans) Just because it was a high rated show 20 years ago doesn’t make it relevant today. Sixty years ago cowboy shows dominate TV, yet there are no TV sets for Gunsmoke or Bonanza and there shouldn’t be, because they’re not relevant. The less relevant the less the demand, especially from those under the 35 year mark. IMO
This is a great point! Most AFOLS are probably 28-40 in my experience and “the office” “Big Bang” and “friends” are more popular then Seinfeld. Although the queer eye set is performing poorly and hits that demographic as well… but obviously had a much smaller reach!
I love Lego especialy Star Wars and Lord of the rings, interesting video !
I’m a huge LOTR Fan!
That LEGO shoe is everything I despise about modern LEGO in one package hahahaha, there’s your market research from the late 90’s Legomanic perspective.
I accept and agree with this perspective 💪
Does anybody know when will the ECTO-1 retire? (10274)
Rumor is 2023
Really don’t get the Monkie sets… I’m getting old :(
I don't consider myself old but I also don't get them!
Bought my star destroyer for 550!
Smoking deal!
Something happened to the upload. 360p is the max quality of the video.
Hmmm that is weird! Thx for letting me know
I love you, Jake.
Love you too Joseph!
I just bought the Fiat 500. Won’t get here till Christmas though. I got it as I have a 15 500. As a Daily driver. Lol.
I just saw it came back in stock and no longer on back order. Has yours shipped yet?
The art project got slept on
You might be right!
Man the list is massive on how Manny sets are retiring .
Even more likely! These are the just the ones marked retiring soon
Will the 75192 LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon finally retire already?
I think it’s going to be around a while longer
How come there are no Friends or City sets on Lego’s retirement list? Surely some of them will be gone in 2023 as well?
Tons of them will be! LEGO is weird about which sets they mark “retiring soon” sometimes
I thought the Harley would do really well
Thank god I got them at 50% otherwise my brothers getting a Harley for Christmas
Hahahah 😅😅😅
Kevin same! I got most of mine for 50% off
is it just me or is the audio not syncing up correctly
So I noticed it was slightly off after uploading 🤦♂️ and it didn’t upload in HD for some reason. Sorry about that
Go bears(and SOX)! Where you located?
Kansas City but I grew up in the burbs of Chicago!
Also just got the Bugatti. Used my credit card points to get it
BOOOOM!
What do you think about the Star Wars 501st Battle pack? Do you think it's a good investment for people starting to invest?
I think the market is way to saturated you may have to hold them for 4-5 years to get a decent return
Using the code for the star destroyer to get 50 dollars off would just cover the tax on the product and only take off a $1.07 of the shown price of $699.00. So in all it still cost $697.93... I can't buy sets I want cause every thing on this rock is to dam expensive!!!!!
Thx is crazy tbh! But it still saves you $50 depending on how you look at it!
Minnie and Micky scary
So scary right!?
Top 10 for investing in 2022? New to investing!!
I made a video back in May that you should check out but I will probably create a new one soon
any thoughts on the Bugatti?
Yes Forgot to mention that one! Should do really well!
@@JakesBricks thank you sir.. I saw a rumor that next year there is a ~$50 Bugatti set, does that affect the resell on this $350 set?
Heavily Hoarded 😂
🤷♂️🤷♂️
Disney castle will be worth hella.
We will see 🤞
Agree on the Micky and Minnie set, ugly 👎🏻
Christmas sets can't perform that well given that every year there's new one; die hard fans looking to create a Village already bought theirs.
I have the impression Disney will release a new version or even a castle from another park 🏰 and with modern techniques it will be more desirable.
The market is flooded with Friends sets, not sure how well it will perform.
All this analysis is spot on and I would totally agree with LEGO releasing another Castle! Hopefully the minifigs will stay unique
Saw the LEGO Disney Castle in person. Looked very ugly to me & whatever interest was totally lost. I'd rather invest in the mini castle/theme tbh. Probe Droid might be interesting in the future. I don't think many ppl know about it. Never seen it in stores. T2 Camper Van is a must tho. Other than that I don't wanna waste storage on any of these sets. 😅Batwing possibly but DC taking a major L these days which that could give it's own upside.
I like these thoughts, but most people love the Disney castle so you might be in the minority but who knows! Thx for the insight
How do i know when each set is going to retire? I want the Saturn rocket but I’m not sure of the exact date when they retire? Any help?
Usually when the stock dries up around thanksgiving or early December. But waiting is risky bc sometimes the stock dries up quicker than that and you are out of luck
@@JakesBricks I was looking to pick up the Saturn v and the ISS in store at the beginning of October? Would they likely still be in stock?
@@Nealdb in store probably not but maybe online
