HUGE ATTACK ON RUSSIA AIRFIELDS: KURSK, ENGELS, MOROZOVSK, YEISK Vlog 648: War in Ukraine

- russia complained about a massive drone attack. The enemy counted more than fifty drones and traditionally blamed Ukraine. The peculiarity of this attack was that among the attacked cities were three that host airfields used by russia in the war against Ukraine. At the same time, in three cities, in the above-mentioned Russian regions, explosions were heard exactly where airfields are located. Namely: Morozovsk in the Rostov region, Yeysk in the Krasnodar region, and Engels in the Saratov region.
Su-24, Su-24M, and Su-34 bombers were stationed at the airfield in Morozovsk, according to a source familiar with the situation cited by RFE/RL. The aircraft have been used to drop guided bombs on Ukrainian military positions and frontline cities. At least six military aircraft of the russian federation were destroyed, eight more were damaged. According to the source, the attack on Yeysk airbase in Krasnodar Krai has taken at least two Su-25 CAS aircraft out of commission. Meanwhile, another set of Ukrainian drones damaged three Tu-95 bombers at the Engels airfield in Saratov Oblast.

IN the northern part of North America a group of drones is called a swarm.
Same word we use in German speaking countries even it is not really correct. In a real swarm the individual drones or birds would interact and fly in a coordinated way.

Secondly, for the drones, I believe that in the military, they call them "drone swarms", when there are many. I like to think of them as Mriya's eternal memory. Mriya delivered so much aid to other countries outside of Ukraine, during the Covid-19 pandemic, she had huge capabilities to do so en masse.
