Hey J it's hard to tell between the two different camera lenses for the both of our flawless and very clear in my opinion

I'm guessing between the Tamron 24mm f/2.8 or this Viltrox 23 f/1.4 for my SONY a6300.
Seeing your video makes me lean much more towards the Viltrox.

Im planning to get a viltox 23mm for my sony a5100 and zhiyun crane m.
they both look fantastic, quality wise its difficult to pick between the two. personally, i like the wider look of the 16
They both as good. Only difference is your lighting is nearer when you sit nearer to the camera on the 16mm
Thanks for the great comparison - I like the Viltrox more - seems like it has more contrast and sharpness but that might be due to other factors.

Viltrox is good. If you didn't say, I probably would not have noticed one versus the other. Both lenses do a good job.
I never herd of viltrox and it can give sigma a run for its money.
23 has more natural proportions of the face.
Great video man thanks. My Viltrox 23 at 2.8, 800 iso 30 fps and 60ss is my go-to for my YT videos but mine is about 4' away. My Viltrox breathed quite a bit until I dialed in the autofocus settings to mostly "single" settings. Your audio is fine but I'd back the camera away slightly, maybe to bring in a little less face, more of you and the room.
