Slight variation on the previous build, this one utilises Echoing Reprimand and Keep it Rolling that is a really popular build at the moment as it has a higher damage potential.
I use ElvUi with Naowh's profile and WeakAura Pack which you need to be subbed to his Twitch to access, but I have included a free alternative below

So, we do not use BTE at all unless we have the subterfuge up?
You can use it outside of Subterfuge if it will be back up before your next subterfuge window. So if Vanish has more than 45 seconds or shadow dance has more than 15 seconds remaining. I personally don't use it outside just to make it a little easier to manage and not mess up and having it on cooldown going in to subterfuge

I would never put it on cd simply for the next pack
something to keep in mind about your pre-opener is you are using the Loaded Dice talent, so putting Adrenaline Rush before your first Roll The Bones makes sure you don't get a low roll and you can still Slice and Dice right after, that simple change will improve your RNG

why are you pressing ambush? you should take ambush off your bars with this build...
also you can press BTE when out of stealth if itll be back up before vanish/shadowdance is off CD for more damage.
Yeah I know, honestly, I forgot to drop it off when I changed talents 🤣
I only use BTE in stealth just to make it a little easier to play and one less thing to focus on at the expense of some damage
Why you shouldn't use ambush? I'm starting to play outlaw and there are some things that i don't get it :/
It's down to our tier set providing an extra 10% chance to strike an additional time every time cast you use it
Sorry im a noob but would you use the KIR build in PVP or just PVE?
It can work in PvP but there are better talent options for that:

You pick up an extra interrupt with Gouge, some more defensives and a gap closer with Blade Rush
