Hey, thanks! Tear Open Wounds consumes *up to* 4 seconds of Rip damage so anything less will still proc, you'll just lose on a small amount of damage potential. In an ideal world you'll be wanting to use it at 4 seconds left to get the full use but I wouldn't (and don't 😆) stress about it

Hey, thanks!! What talents are you currently using? If AOE is good, ST should also be good as the only thing we change rotation wise is not using Blade Flurry off cooldown. I only find ST lacking when I mess up the opening or I'm messing up Subterfuge windows so I lose some Between The Eyes damage. The talent build I linked in the description is great for AOE and ST and I still use that mostly, but you can try the Keep it Rollin' build as well which has higher ST potential while still putting out strong AOE BQQAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAElEEJhkkESIRSSolkElkItkAAAAAAAtWSCHIJRBKpFAAAARCA

It could be, the opener is a pretty big bulk of damage. It could just be general rotation, Outlaw is one of the least forgiving specs. A 'good' rotation can see me parsing around 230k and as low as 130k with a bad opener and scuffed rotation. If you're already pumping +20s though you must be doing something right 🤟

Yeah I think I did the same last beta too. There's not too much content, especially with the lack of PvP at the moment so I'm wondering how they're gonna keep this beta interesting enough for 42 days. It really does have so much potential to be an amazing game though, it just needs a lot of love before full release

I know what you mean and I have no idea when It was changed tbh. It does look a little unpolished compared to other casters which is sad. I suppose it helps reducing some of the visual noise but I do miss the satisfaction of watching nice looking skills fire off

@@bassisgreat44 it's one of those situations where you don't notice for a while, but once you see it you can not unsee it! They have been pretty at updating skills and some graphic textures, albeit slowly, so there is always hope. Maybe with the new Hero Talents coming they'll look at it 🤞🤞

Both are really strong, I prefer elusiveness so you can make use more frequently but cheat death is powerful for not getting one shot or depleting in higher keys. I tend to switch to cheat death in PUGs though 😂

You can use it outside of Subterfuge if it will be back up before your next subterfuge window. So if Vanish has more than 45 seconds or shadow dance has more than 15 seconds remaining. I personally don't use it outside just to make it a little easier to manage and not mess up and having it on cooldown going in to subterfuge

Yeah I know, honestly, I forgot to drop it off when I changed talents 🤣 I only use BTE in stealth just to make it a little easier to play and one less thing to focus on at the expense of some damage

Why you shouldn't use ambush? I'm starting to play outlaw and there are some things that i don't get it :/

It's down to our tier set providing an extra 10% chance to strike an additional time every time cast you use it

It is a higher overall damage potential but needs a little management and attention when rotating as it can lead to being energy starved as you're popping finishers a lot more frequently. I am finishing up a guide on that build today all being well and it will be up ASAP

Hey! Thanks and glad it helped! I've only been playing WoW for around a year and sorting out my UI and getting a good set of WeakAura's was THE biggest thing that helped me out too.

Can you talk a bit about acrobatic strikes vs. a point (or more) in lethality? Between the flat +% crit and the bonus crit damage, it seems like a can't-miss talent but not many specs seem to value it.

@@theninjanew911 to get the full benefit of Lethality, you'd need 2 points into it so you'd need to drop another talent on top of acrobatic strikes and it only noticeably buffs combo builders. There's much more value in buffing combo spenders elsewhere in the trees. Increasing melee attacks by 3yrds sounds negligible but it seriously makes a difference, I forgot I switched it out and I thought my mouse was busted because I was missing so many attacks and dropping DPS 🤣

Hey, thanks! Energy can be a bit rough to manage at lower gear level. Getting some more haste pieces can help until higher geared. The biggest improvement I noticed when starting out was making sure to utilise the opportunity procs for pistol shot to generate combo points as it does so at half the cost and not spamming skills too quick, particularly finishers. Only using finishing moves at 6 or more combo points out of stealth/vanish/shadow dance and at 5 or more in those windows. It's also fine to slow down the rotation a little when running low and wait for regen, better than running dry and being able to do nothing!
