Oh I can relate to the not saying when your coming home lol😅...back in the day, my dad was TDY for 4 to 7 months each time...he would be gone then like magic we'd see him home either in his bedroom or in the kitchen lol....one time he came home all black & blue looking like he'd been a bar fight....he gave be some story & it was only about 3 yrs ago ...long after my dad had died, that my brother told me the real story....where my dad really had been & what had really happened...my mom was already deceased by then, but it was the 1st time it hit me how awful it must have been all those times my dad left for places we weren't told about
