WHY DO I CALL MY FANS GREG?
Greg is the strongest family on the internet, we're the fastest growing channel on CZcams, and we make fire content. So, instead of making up some pun using my name and calling my fans that, I decided to use a different name entirely. A name so strong, haters tremble when it is spoken. WE ARE GREG. AND WE ARE TAKING OVER THE INTERNET. And all you have to do to join is hit subscribe and turn on notifications.

"i want my house to look warm and comfortable"
house looks like a psych ward for the 1%
that's an amazing description
This is not the 1%, this is the 0.0000001%. 1%ers live in mansions that look like low income housing next to this.
People talk about having enough money to live comfortably, but they never talk about having TOO MUCH money to live comfortably
"the 1%" paints a somewhat misleading picture, given it lumps in "regular" business owners with the people who might as well own the universe
there are only around 56084000 people in the world considered millionaires and only 2755 billionaires
but "the ~0.72%" and "the ~0.000035%" isn't quite as punchy-sounding i suppose
also, the first trillionaire would be "the ~0.000000013%"
the rich make for a small meal, but they should be quite filling once we get around to eating them, eh
I was at a psych ward for like 5 months and it was considerably cosier
That Niall guy is 100% a psycho. The cameras in the toilet, the "red room", the fact he met, married and divorced a woman in the span of 8 months and complains that she "doesn't listen"... I'm glad she's away from him. He's also so obviously coked out of his mind during these tours.
Also he slapped Michael’s arm when he asked him a question, if he’s willing to do that to a near-stranger/acquaintance on camera, what does he do to his partners in private??
@@katleidoright and the whole “she wouldn’t listen to me” thing… it feels so off hope shes okay
On the positive side, he is not abusing steroids.
If you think there’s something wrong with him, imagine being the person who married him. Crazy right?
@@waccness449tf?
I am deeply concerned about Nial's views on consent. He's admitted here to enjoying watching women in the bathroom on camera, assumed that all women want to watch men use the toilet on camera because he likes watching them, assumed that his male friends are going to be absolutely fine being filmed and broadcasted live using the toilet and assumed that people viewing his house are going to be comfortable seeing his sex room. Add in that he divorced his wife for 'not listening to him' and slapped Michael for interrupting him and this man is a whole big yikes for me.
Don't know what you mean, women famously love seeing unsolicited images of male genitalia and all men love sending it to them. /s
In seriousness though, imagine the lawsuit that would happen if someone did do one of those prize events and a guest (on either side) used the toilet without realising what they were signing up for.
yea u wouldn't get it
@@nitrex1143 wow funne
He's awful, but I think that makes complete sense, though. You don't get that rich by being a kind, empathetic, person... or one who cares about other people, frankly. Of course he's an absolute creep - it comes with being that wealthy.
Jeez fuck 😂 what other wildly speculative conclusions did you take from this vid? That Michael has a foot fetish because he likes shoes? That the pattern of the giraffe bones means an apocalypse is coming in 2025? He's a creep for the camera, no doubt. But touching another man's arm and saying "my wife didn't listen to me" are evidence of nothing in particular. You're connecting dots that arent even there
michael not walking on grass makes him look like he’s an npc that can’t follow you out of bounds
this killed me
His dad was probs like "Don't get your shoes dirty they are covered in diamonds."
so accurate lmao
Tbf the way he talks fits perfectly with Skyrim and Oblivion NPC conversations
His pathfinding just wouldn't allow it.
I for one find it very brave of Michael to document his first day on earth

LMAO underrated comment
Lol great comment I was also thinking the same thing!😁🤣😂✌️
Lmao
underrated comment this is so funny
It's so annoying seeing how rich people used to build houses, and how they do it now. Like, where's the secret passages? The giant libraries with rolling ladders? The feel that it is likely haunted? Modern mansions are too sterile for ghosts, even the giraffe tried to leave😭
Ther was a secret door to the red room
No wonder it sold at a discount. This place is like "we have 69 toilets" whereas real palace are more like "we have a solid gold toilet".
Because trying to build a modern mansion is so much easier than the old art-deco style. Everything is industrially manufactured and cut in squares, so you just hire a bunch of Mexicans with power tools to assemble it, no artisan carpenters required anywhere. Why spend $50,000 trying to get a nicely upholstered and carved solid wood door when rich people would gladly pay the same, if not more, for a plain steel door painted in sports car color with hidden handles?
You are right, places like this has no soul, so on the bright side, the tortured souls also won't stay here 😂😂
secrets are t be kept. these guys only want to show off. social media has ruined humanity. aristocracy was different before everyone had a video camera in their hand
I was thinking, you put so much water around the house and not a single jetski or some other water vehicle to travel around it?
Top 10 things the house SHOULD have had to be worth 500 milli:
1. A fucking waterpark.
2. A bat-cave.
3. Secret entrances/passages.
4. The SICKEST fucking home gym EVER.
5. An actual movie theatre, as in the ones in actual cinemas.
6. Fully automated AI, voice-activated system, we're talking JARVIS here.
7. Wanna do fights there? Make an octagon.
8. A game-room.
9. A library. (Yes, a little boring- yet better than whatever that shit was.
10. A trampoline park.
Bonus: ANYTHING. FUCKING ANYTHING that isn't an office, a mall fountain or a shitty statue.
- a replica of the moon pool
- a room that shows you the constallations and shit like a projector
- the SICKEST VR setup ever
- literally ANYTHING FUN?!

"Schadenfreude" is a German word describing the joy about someone elses bad luck. It's not quite the right word here, i've got another German word for you: "Fremdscham" is the feeling of physical pain you get about another person humiliating themselves, the feeling of shame about someone elses' stupidity.
Is frendscham the equivalent of cringe or is it more specific?
@@Jefstito I'd say that's exactly right. Cringe can be used there too, but Fremdscham is a little more specific. The literal translation for Fremdscham would be "foreign shame".
Thanks, I was going to comment that he had pretty much exactly the wrong word. 😛
IMO it's really annoying when these expensive houses don't have secrete passageways behind bookcases 😡
Maybe there are secret passageways but they're a secret, why he would tell us? Fuck it I'm kinda high now
Maybe not behind the bookcases but what about underground dungeons or bunkers? So yeah
I agree that they probably have dungeons but those are probably used for....reasons other than personal safety.
I would have secret rooms and passages like CRAZY lol. Also, I would be terrified to live in a house that big, because I would always believe other people were secretly living in there, and just moving around the house so I never see them, and I'd never fall asleep again...
"Secrete Passageways", a rare synonym for urethra 🤣
Michael was so excited to touch grass, but by the ramblings about his ex wife, as well as the cameras in the bathroom, it seems that Nile had a greater need for touching the grass.

Woke peoples are insane. As they are.out of their God given mind. A man is a man and women is a women.
Turn to Jesus and don't allow the sinfully crazed to lead you to hell.
The thing I hate most about modern mansions isn’t the fact that someone spent an ungodly amount of money that could have been used for something better, but that they are the most unimaginative, boring buildings in all of existence. Seriously, I have been inside a wooden, underground hut that was more interesting, homie, and comfortable than those buildings.
You gotta give us the hut details ma'am
My favorite part is when he says that the flowers are fake because sustainability is important then immediately says ‘THERE ARE SEVEN ELEVATORS IN THIS HOUSE!’ 😂😂😂
And 69 toilets, this makes it the most expensive house in the world.
And it’s surrounded by water, in a dry area. So sustainable.
Michael being clueless while looking like 80s’ lifeguard during party scene is possibly one of the most entertaining things this week

As for the grass thing, it is generally courteous to not walk on a well kept lawn as it can damage the grass/ create low points for water to collect in. So, as odd as it may seem, it would honestly be more surprising to see him step on the lawn without thinking given the environment he was likely raised in.
That is honestly adorable. I kept wondering why he was so excited since he has been around grass before in other videos but I guess he never walked on any of them because of his manners.
That's most likely the reason. I myself am not nearly as rich as him and it still feels wrong to step on grass (unless I'm in a park or something)
that's such a different attitude from the one I'm used to, but I suppose it's also regional. I've never been on a grass lawn that wasn't meant for animals or kids to run around in, even the nice ones with stripes.
So it was probably his first time touching grass? He’s a true gamer in spirit.
Yeah it’s one thing the military drilled out of me. In basic training when you were on base you weren’t allowed to walk on the grass. It’s been nearly ten years and I still avoid walking on grass lawns. I don’t know if that’s a thing in the US though. In uni I went to a base with civilians and they walked on grass and it made me die inside a little. Thankfully the sergeant accompanying us said something about it.
My parents live in a house (modest, for the neighborhood) overlooking this monstrosity. When they first started building it they took out three regular Bel Aire houses (i.e. mansions) and flattened the site. Then they started putting in pilings like you'd see supporting a freeway on-ramp to hold up one end of one of the outdoor areas, probably around 5000 sq ft just for that part. Beneath the whole thing is parking for around 60 cars and wrapping around the whole site, under the living areas, is a private running track that's around a mile or so in length. They were working on it for around 5 years and at first we couldn't decide if they were building an office or a` museum as it looked kinda like the Getty Center which is nearby. But no, it's a single stupid home with multiple swimming pools and nobody to love it.
This looks like a house I’d build in the Sims with the motherload cheat when I was 10 😭 My sims would constantly complain about the huge distances they’d have to make to reach, like, the bathroom or the stove.
And the size of the house would make furniture look disproportionately small!
Especially with the nightclub in the basement. That’s pure sims.

How disrespectful to be standing in a hundred million dollar house and implying that a wing sculpture will help kids in third world countries.. in the arts.. Bruh how are we the same species
Judging by this tour....no. He is his own thing.
he also says the house will help millions of people and change the world because he is going to stage boxing matches on the lawn that cost 35,000 a ticket and make a show about the house which will have him in so ''it will be relatable'' lol. Pewdiepie did a long reaction video and there was heaps more weird stuff!
Seriously
@@convoree - he is the one who built (well, loosely planned) the house for hundreds of millions of $$$. His ex wife designed the sculpture, and she was meant to do some art classes in third world countries according to him in the original video lol. So that's how his sculpture will teach the arts to kids in the third world (which obviously it won't - but let's be clear he wasn't planning on donating a cent of the money he made to any causes. He was actually hugely in debt and needed the money to cover all his debts!)
This video doesn't cover the craziest part - he mentions throughout the tour that the house is going to make the world a better palce and is all part of some master plan. At the end he explains it as basically "you know how because of covid all the venues are closed, so nothing is going on and everyone is sad? Well this house is gonna be a new venue we can use instead!". It's like he doesn't understand the link between the lack of social events and lockdown's rules against congregating in groups.
Niall is very weirdly generalizing how guys put camera in girl’s bathrooms and I think we all have figured out why he thinks this way. But then he’s like “now I’m thinking like the girls!”
I can guarantee you a woman’s response to being unconsensually filmed in the bathroom isn’t to do the same thing back. This isn’t a prank war. We just don’t want to be filmed in the bathroom.
This honestly feels like a parody of how rich people live! My favorite parts were Nial getting choked up taking about his divorce while casually alluding to him being controlling. And also Michael looking scarred by the red room 😂
It's funny, Nial and Michael seem like two totally different flavors of super rich. Michael is the ignorant, sheltered type who's never stepped on grass before. And Nial is the kind of rich psychopath who puts cameras in bathrooms and makes art from dead exotic animals.

@@Jo-sv9io i was just listening that part and i had to stop the video because i thought the same, like the houses i made in the sims at 10
The answer is multiple sitting rooms and rooms with really specific purposes.
If I were to have bought that house it would’ve been to turn it into an orphanage. There’s enough room for like 100 kids and there’s enough activities. I would switch out some of the features and rooms though, the cameras in the bathrooms need to be taken down ASAP and the night club would just be turned into a dance studio. At least one of the pools would be removed, weren’t there like 3? And one of them was on the roof or something? That sounds like a problem waiting to happen. I remember he put suede or something on the walls and that would have to go. I would probably make sure there was an art studio and a big library as well.

LESS THAN A YEAR! He said he only met her EIGHT MONTHS AGO!
I've been talking with a woman I really like for EIGHT MONTHS and we've only been on ONE DATE. I can't IMAGINE fucking PROPOSING much less getting married and DIVORCING HER in that timespan!
and then for him to refer to them as 'soulmates' with a 'deeper connection than you could ever imagine' like.....ok why are you divorced then
I feel like their are some major red flags for abuse here. Criticising her as "not listening" to him, the fact that she's from Argentina, the extreme speed this all happened, the weird sex dungeon, that I'm pretty sure Niall is on coke during the house tour.
This is the type of house I’d design at 2am in the Sims with cheat codes
"the lucky winner of negative 350million dollars"
I chuckled 😂
The house feels so much like when you’re making a giant sims house and then start having trouble filling it. Some rooms are weirdly sparse, some rooms feel like you just plopped a pre-designed business from the gallery, and almost all rooms are clutter devoid because you got bored putting clutter into everything to make it look like an actual home.
and honestly anyone who plays Sims would do a better job decorating
@@paadoxal Not me, I absolutely suck at decorating houses 😔
Mansions are not fun to make even, I just get bored at the first room
And the red room is clearly where he keeps all the people who paint pictures to sell to make building such a crazy house possible, he may also have a walled off pool for the ones who step out of line.
Summed up VERY well
I kept laughing at how Niall kept bringing up his ex wife at the most random times for no damn reason. This man is heartbroken 😂
Shortly after this filming he drunk-called her sobbing to come back to him, bet.
Men would rather built the most expensive house in the world instead of going to therapy

16:04 damn Nile REALLY loves that giraffe bro sporting a bone dog
“How about that? Look, I’m on the grass guys!”
The joy, the wonder, the enthusiasm this man puts into this sentence. Truly a remarkable and revolutionary moment in his life. It almost gives me the motivation to go outside one day too… and maybe even touch grass…
Underrated comment lol
Honestly, that was a weirdly wholesome quote to me for some reason. Just something about how enthusiastic he was about walking on grass, lmao.

I don’t know if it’s just a British thing (lawns have a lot of traditional connotations over here) but it’s common to not walk on lawns - they’re a status symbol and perfect, pristine lawns are difficult and expensive to maintain.
I love that he called the house ’warm and homely’. It looks more like a cold, sterile office building. Like one of those large fancy offices you find in those large skyscraper buildings in the city. And does a home really need to be that big and have so much pointless stuff in it? It just looks like it would be a pain to maintain. What’s wrong with living in a normal sized home that you can clean more easily?
this is so true because even an average / big ish family would be so far apart all the time in this house. like you’d have to walk so far and so long to have a conversation with someone yk? and if the family is hanging out the entire day, then there’s 100 rooms not being used??? just weird.
People who live in these huge ass houses aren't cleaning or maintaining them themselves
Lol at the thought that rich ppl clean their homes. They pay people to do that
"clean"?????? LMFAO. Buddy, these people don't clean, ever. They have maids that do it all.
@@saturnsings3471 These types of people cut their family off. No one with that kind of money is involved in a big happy family.
This is like a sims house that I end up making because I went WAY overboard, and I never end up finishing or using.
This kinda reminds me of the first time i played minecraft. Like after the crappy first dirt hut home, you gather the resources to make a really nice, cool-looking house, but then build the building before realizing what you wanna put in it. So you end up using giant spaces and being like “this is a plant room i guess”.
Ummm this is the furnace room?
I legitimately feel pity for Michael after seeing his reaction to the Red Room. Poor guy's gonna need to do some more house tours to avoid going to the therapy he's gonna need after seeing whatever was in there

On behalf of all women everywhere literally, I could happily go my entire life without seeing an image, let alone video, of a man peeing as I’m also in the bathroom.
it's sick, he clearly spies on women in the bathroom because he wants to feel like he has power over them, and he just assumes that women naturally want to do the same thing to men. like no woman in the world wants to do that, it's his own creepy abusive misogynistic idea of entertainment
On behalf of most men, we also do not want to see that.
You cannot speak for all women because you are only one person.
Or have you met _every_ woman on the planet and got close enough with them that they share all their sexual secrets and weird fetishes with you?
No?
That's what I thought.
Even seeing my bf pee, after nearly 5 years together and seeing it many times is kinda awkward.
We often go to toilet together, cause we spend long time gaming, so if one built up courage to get up both of us are gonna go. And the toilet has long refill period.
I love how his idea of what women want is "the same predatory behaviour as me but towards men" and he never once thought "this demographic that has been a victim of predatory behaviour might NOT want to be predators themselves".
No wonder his wife left him
Michael skirting along the grass trying not to touch it has some real Oblivion NPCs vibe to it!!

His camera man is actually also his body guard
you got bumbling old man fever
His body language and safe distance definitely changed after Nile smacked his arm and started talking about how his wife wouldn't listen to him. Michael definitely played it off well for the camera with his silly roll-away thing.
I think most people need protection from Nyle
The way Micheal entered the toilet had me laughing for several minutes
No secret passageways, no towers, no cozy breakfast nook, no tea/coffee room, no open-air atrium, no rugs, no warm brickworks. 0/10.
I feel like not enough people are talking about the cameras in the men's bathroom. Like that's fucking disgusting.
I like how Niall is like, yeah, this is basically feminist! Instead of WOMEN being watched pissing by sexual predators at clubs, footage of the MEN pissing will be shown to the women! Haha, yes, that's turning the tables! Women will love that!
agreed dude. don’t know what sort of logic that is but it’s ridiculous. stay away from Niall
I feel uncomfortable knowing he put that out there on a CZcams video for all to see. Like, what kind of person is he in his personal life? Should someone maybe be keeping an eye on him? Definitely not while in the bathroom tho
Ikkkk like I don’t even have words for that part… like literally the whole video was just like ?? But then he just offhandedly mentioned that and moved on and I was like UM WHAT
I'm fairly sure Niall is an actual rapist. And sexual predators always think that *everyone* thinks the same way they do. So Niall's thinking, "I would LOVE to have hidden cameras in women's bathrooms, which means *all men* would love to have hidden cameras in women's bathrooms, which means *all women* would love to have hidden cameras in men's bathrooms!"
Like no, dude, not everyone thinks like that. And women especially don't. We already deal with enough unwelcome dick pics being sent to us... Just let us poop in peace.
it’d be more interesting to me to see these insanely rich people like him tour regular peoples houses, what would their commentary be when they’re already so out of touch with reality in their own houses
Now that's a show I would watch
I'd bet money he never stepped foot in a regular house.
"What an interesting doghouse...wait this is your whole house where you a human live?"
i wanna see rich ppl touring college dorms
They'd think the house is just the entry way bruh
If you told me this was a comedy bit parodying the ultra rich I would 100% believe it.
Those dudes are living proof that all the money in the world can't buy good taste/style and most importantly..... Respect!
red rooms are a dark web urban legend about people who livestream murdering someone. sometimes the audience can pay money to influence the torture and killing. so hearing “red room”, “no cameras allowed”, and seeing michael’s reaction definitely had me on edge a little bit.
Don't worry it was probably just a huge bdsm orgy
Maybe some child sacrifice, witchcraft, or blood drinking who knows
His red room was one of the most popular Pizzagate venues. Hillary is the one who shot up his giraffe atrium in a PCP-fueled frenzy.
Thank you for the explanation, everyone is referencing three urban legend but I'd never heard it.
Also my first thought seeing it was about a Stephen King novel that has basically that as part of the plot. There's a super rich guy who murdered his ex wife... basically just like that. Yikes.
i feel like it has to just be a sex room, if it was so sinister i feel like he wouldn’t have brought them there at all. but who knows honestly
@@madelynguinn2102 OH YEAH ABSOLUTELY A SEX ROOM, i'm just saying calling it the red room and then being so secretive about it brings to mind something much more sinister.
Producer Michael is the only house tourer I watch. He's actually entertaining and I think means well for how out of touch he is. He treats his cameraman like a friend for the most part and asks for his opinion on things
He comes off to me as someone so hilariously rich and out of touch that he doesn’t even have any reason to be mean to workers. Like he horseshoed back around to being nice because THATS how rich he is
@kells53 A very interesting take
@@kells4315 Regardless of his reasons I still give him a lot of credit. It's so rare that a rich person is like that, let alone a business rich person.
I'm very critical of the wealthy so I would have died laughing if you told me before I saw his videos that I would like an insanely rich person giving house tours, showing off cars, watches, jewelry, etc. I've been watching on and off for 4 years now.
I give a lot of props for genuineness. He doesn't try to be fake nice like Ellen or even attempt to be relatable (nearly impossible to be when you're that rich). He has an actual personality that is hard to explain. He's rich as hell and is fine with showing it but not in a bragging way such as someone like Floyd Mayweather but doesn't sugarcoat it either
He looks like trump.
