    Thank you, Rosalie! I was not able to use my total gym for a while due to many years of use and rollers not working anymore. I replaced my rollers and back in action! This was great!

    Thank you SOOO much for this video. The last procedure I had was a bunionectomy that did not go well. I ended up with stress fractures and and third toe that migrated over so that it is unusable. Had to wear that wonderful boot for almost 6 months and will need to try and have it corrected. Anyway did it ever affect my posture. My upper back hurts when I walk every day and this tape I know will help. 😊😊😊
