    Hi Rosalie, really loving this workout. Would you be able to show us your version of the infamous chuck Norris 15 min routine, unfortunately I do not have access to total gym TV and I would dearly love to try this routine, many thanks 💪👍

    Do I need to do a warm up and cool down with this or can I just jump right into it?
