Great workout AS ALWAYS! Ok, Rosalee, I’m having a very hard time getting my husband to stick to the videos. I feel he doesn’t know which one to choose for what day. What I would LOVE for you to do for upcoming videos is, a 5 day workout compilation. So he can say, “alright, it’s Monday, let’s do Rosalees Monday workout!” And this way he knows he’s hitting all the right muscle groups one day while resting another group the next. And this will keep him going with a Monday through Friday workout plan! Love ya girl!!! ❤❤❤
Whoo-whoo!! My arms and legs are like jelly! This workout hit my whole body, as you promised it would! Very tough and very effective. It’s so well programmed, Rosalie. I used alternative moves or modified as needed. It was great to use so many of my attachments. And I’m glad you didn’t edit out the blooper! 😂 (I do stuff like that all the time… 🙃) This was challenging for me, which I liked, but how often should I put it in my rotation? Thanks, Rosalie! ❤
