Just 2 days ago I was at Krzysztof Cugowski's concert in Warsaw. His 55 years on the stage Tour just started. I really enjoyed the show.
This building with gardens on the roof is the Center for the Meeting of Cultures(Centrum Spotkania Kultur) in Lublin. The construction of CSK began in 1974, and its ceremonial completion took place on November 22, 2015. The building's design was created by Stanisław Bieńkuński. This is Cugowski's hometown. The city is beautiful with an atmospheric Old Town.
The action of the famous novel "The Magician of Lublin" by Isaac Basevius Singer, a Nobel Prize winner, takes place in Lublin (and generally throughout Poland). By the way, the city has a beautiful old town and a very long, very interesting history. It is located in the east of Poland.
Among the friends in the back is Krzysztof's son Piotr Cugowski. He is also an outstanding singer.

This is one of the most beautiful cultural buildings built in Poland in recent years. There is a theater, a philharmonic hall, various exhibitions and many other cultural institutions. When you are in Lublin, you must see it.

5:53 this is son of Krzysztof Cugowski (olso outstanding voice very similar.), on the right of him is Piotr Kupicha also popular and right is Beata Kozidrak also legend. And Cugowski is the icon of polish rock and amazing legendary voice.

Poland has many great singers, but unfortunately they are unable to break into the English market. Krzysztof Cugowski is the vocalist of the band Budka Suflera. The band is known in Poland and among the Polish community in various countries. In this song, Krzysztof is accompanied (among others) by a very good and well-known vocalist of the band Bajm, Beata Kozidrak. I recommend her performances because she has an amazing voice.😍

Cugowski is one of the best PL voices ever, also all of his 3 son sing (2 of them sometimes with dad, sometimes wit Polish Metal Alliance). You can try also Zbigniew Wodecki, who had different but also great voice

I was a huge fan of Budka Suflera back in the days, but didn't listen to them recently.. and hey - this guy is ~70 years old and his voice is still so powerful!
As you said, with that voice, and great songs they had in 70s and 80s, Budka Suflera deserved a world wide fame, and should've been a rock music icon, but unfortunately - Iron curtain didn't allow that to happen :/
Among the "friends", there are some other famous singers, they don't sing as a group regularly, it was just some special occasion. Among others there is Krzysztof's son - Piotr Cugowski (who is equally talented as his father, and has his own band with his brother, the band is called Bracia - brothers), Beata Kozidrak, Anna Wyszkoni, Piotr Kupicha, Sebastian Karpiel Bulecka, and some others I didn't recognize.
I recommend "Paktofonika" or "Kaliber 44". Polish legendary bands.

Cugowski is one of last Voicemasters of Poland. This was one amazing generatinnof singers. Becouse Poland was under communists rule we had almost no way to obtain modern western instruments and equipment, so music pkayers and singers had to master the profession.

"It's a phenomenon. The unfinished skeleton of the theater terrified the inhabitants of Lublin for almost 40 years. Construction began on the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Polish People's Republic and was to last ten years. Why didn't it work?" ... Dont know if you know this but "Budka Suflera" literally means "Prompter Box".
This was actually the original name of the band, they later polonised it.
You might be interested to see quite famous movie scene that was (according to historians) one of the most accurate 17th century saber duel reproductions. Lookup . Actors were actually performing with real weapons. Hope you'd like it!
Krzysztof Cygowski was a lead singer in Budka Suflera, but they split couple years ago. It's one of the few bands, that sound much, much better in live versions. There's a great concert of Budka Suflera from Poland Rock Festival available on YT - you should most definitely watch it in spare time

5:50 guy with long hair it's his son. Two brothers have created the band called " The Brothers" hehe no pun intended here. Right next to him is Beata from the band called "Bajm" amazing singer form round around the same era. Check Bajm out too. But you need to check "Polish Metal Alliance" which incorporates A LOT of rock music musicians and singers in one project including both of Krzysztofs sons. Please check Polish Metal Alliance cover of "Stars", you will not be disappointed
